A statue of Europa, the mother of Europe, from Greek mythology, located in a somewhat inauspicious location to the rear of the harbour car park. Good photo opportunity.

This is also based on the Greek mythology. It is believed to be the mother of Europe. The statue is located on the far east of the city along the coast by the car park.

A well rendered bull with the maiden Europa on top is well worth an investigation. The views behind it are great, take the camera!

Interesting statue close to Kitroplatia Beach. Europa is the mother of King Minos, the creator of the Minion civilisation.

The Europa statue is only a couple of minutes walk across the car park from the road linking the harbour and the municipal beach. It's an impressive bronze telling the classic tale of Europa and the Bull. Well worth a visit.

Greece is known first of all for its ancient mythology. Meet the mythology in Agios Nikolaos by visiting this statue of a bull that is kidnapping Europe.
