The tour with Margaritha, our Guide, was very interesting and full of details about the greek way of life. We had a nice and relaxing walk with her and learned a lot about history, culture and a perfect greek coffee. The food at the taverna at the end of the tour combined with the white house wine and the local raki was delicious.

As I was new to Heraklion, I was looking for a walking tour to get some local information about the city and the island of Crete in general. Now I'm so happy I chose this one: it was so informative and lasting, as I learned lots of details that made the rest of my holiday in Crete much more enjoyable. Margarita was the best posible guide, so open and warm: it just felt like a walk with a friend! After the 4 hours (which felt really short), I knew this had been a highlight. I highly recommend doing this tour: you will spend a wonderful morning that will make your Crete experience so much better!

We had delicious wine and food but also very lovely venues along the tour....also the occasional raki helped with digestion;) I highly recommend this experience not only because of the delicious food and wine but also because Margarita is such a lovely and kind personality!

This tour was absolutely wonderful. Our tour guide was very helpful and showed us around the small streets and hidden gems of Heraklion. Our guide was also very knowledgeable when it came to the history, culture, and tradition of local Crete, which was a fabulous immersive experience. If you have 3 hours to explore, eat, and drink in Heraklion, this tour is a must!
