This js one of my most magical experience I've ever had. I experienced so much joy on that trip, 6 of us were there and two Slovakian (cpuple). I fed some goats, we saw wondrous views and picked some wild herbs, visited a beautiful town where we tasted so much Raki and the olive oil tasting and the honey (we bought 2 of each). We stood at the tip of a mountain where you feel like you're on top of the world, like it was a movie scene and I fell in love with Crete and Sisi that night. The Slovakian couple got engaged, w went to a restaurant and had amazing Bruschetta, tzatziki, salad, chicken, and other neats and some beautiful tasting wine and two bottles of Raki to myself and didn't get a hangover and just felt tipsy, however I'm scottish and the stereotype is accurate about our drinking.
I genuinely cried happy tears because I was so happy up there.
If you want to see the island, the mountains and watch as the sun goes down and darkness engulfs it. Then this Is the trip and it is worth every penny.
