Comfortable ride - but my departure times were changed 5 days before the trip.

I took Hellenic Seaways on a day trip to and from Hydra. When you arrive at the new port in Piraeus, the ticket kiosk is very easy to find – as there are a row of kiosks for all... read more

We used this service to go to Hydra. On our return they cancelled the boat without informing the passengers. Most people just waited for the morning ferry but we had a flight. Our only option became taking a small boat and then a taxi back to Athens costing us 250 euros. After serval emails and phone calls they refuse to... More

Reading many trip-advisor unpleasant stories it was a hard choice to make between two companies. Somehow we decided to go with Hellenic - may be browsing their web-site made us feel more positive towards it, rather then the opponent. All-in-all - both rides (Heraklion to Santorini and Santorini to Mykonos) went smooth from all aspects of convenience/customer service and overall... More

I took Hellenic Seaways on a day trip to and from Hydra. When you arrive at the new port in Piraeus, the ticket kiosk is very easy to find – as there are a row of kiosks for all the ferry lines that work in Piraeus. I not only picked up my ticket for Hellenic up also picked up my... More

Used the flying dolphin service for a trip to Aegina and was happy with the speed and comfort, even if there was a nice smell of diesel the whole way, it was cheap and quick and did what it said it would

Hellenic Seaways offers a large varieties of services, on local and longer routes. They offer the best selection of vessel for the task. May be more expensive than some concurrent

We used Hellenic twice in our recent trip to Cyclades islands. From Santorini to Mykonos we travelled on Highspeed 7. This is a modern catamaran, very comfortable aircraft-like chairs in economy class (with far more leg room than in actual airplane economy), free wi-fi over the entire trip, comfortable ride. Later on we travel from Mykonos to Athens on NISOS... More

Booked trips to Hydra and Agina with this company from their published schedules in late august for first weeks october travel.Hydra trip cancelled on day of journey , allegedly a mechanical fault, money returned. Asked if our trip to Agina 2 days later was ok, and was assured it was. 2 days later that too was cancelled. Managed to travel... More

Very modern and clean ship. It was 30 mins late, but probably due to all the stops before our pick up from Mykonos. Fast Free wifi comparing to Blue Star ferries, but again, i think it is slightly more expensive? Great ride and it's faster too! :)

On time, smooth trip there and back, comfortable. Port area isn't great though, felt quite anxious sitting in the waiting area with a number of homeless people...
