Stelios was amazing. We spent the entire day in Athens and he knew his way around the city to avoid traffic and which sites to see first in order to avoid long lines. He was very welcoming to us and loved telling us about his country.
Stelios was very personable and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our day with him! I highly recommend him as your driver.

Stelios is an absolutely amazing tour guide!!! We found him by chance after ordering an uber. He mentioned that he did his own tours and gave us suggestions of things he thought we might like to do whilst visiting Athens. We took his card and decided to cancel our existing plans and take him up on his offer of a tour. We were not disappointed!!! It was the best day we had on our entire trip!!
Stelios knows the best photo spots and places to visit. Whilst also giving you an amazing insight into the history and mythology of Athens and Greece alike. The sunset at the Temple of Poseidon was breathtaking, as were the 360 degree views from Lycabettus Hill. After several hours of sight seeing, we had a dinner stop on his reccomendation (which was also delicious), nothing was to much trouble. We were also given ideas of things to do and walks to take for the rest of our trip. I've read other reviews saying that an afternoon with Stelios is like an afternoon with an old friend. This is very much true, he is a wonderful gentleman and the upmost professional in everything he does. Everything is tailored to your own interests and requirements. Don't bother with tour bus, you won't get the rich history, the sense of humour or any personal touches. Do a Stelios tour instead, you will have so much more fun!!

Stelios was an excellent tour guide, a safe driver and a generally great guy to be around. He's extremely knowledgeable and knows all the right places to visit.
After our stay in Athens, my brother and I were discussing "what was our favorite part of Athens?". We both said the same thing, the Temple of Posiden was easily THE BEST PART of the whole trip. Not only was he knowledgeable and showed us a few great places to check out (in and outside of his tour), but he was extremely friendly and fun to be around. His insights made a big difference in making our trip memorable.
If we're ever fortunate enough to go back for another visit, we'll definitely be reaching out to Stelios!

Was referred to Stelios after a positive experience by our travel agent. Initially he picked us up at the airport. The following day he drove us to a variety of interesting places in the Peloponnese, including Corinth, Mycenae, Nafplio. Our discussions ranged from Ancient Greek Mythology to current Greek politics and culture. Stelios is the epitome of professionalism, as exemplified by his dress, car and caring manor. He filled the day with interesting facts and places. Each time we stopped, he told us to take our time and waited until we were ready to move on, this included both lunch and dinner. We are scheduled for 2 more days to visit the Temple of Poseidon and Delphi. We looking forward our continued adventure with a great gentleman.

If you are visiting Athens and require help to/from hotels or tours then suggest you contact Stelios. He will make you feel like long lost friend upon arrivals or he will provide you amazing history during tours. Don't rely on taxis when you can enjoy this type of service.

Stelios was truly a gentleman and a historian! He was willing to custom tailor our tour of Athens and made our day so enjoyable. If it weren't for him we likely would have spent much of our time melting in the hot sun in search all the important sites! He brought us to the highest point in Athens to look over the city and from there to the old marathon stadium and finally to the Acropolis. He waited patiently at each site and was ready when we were. He never rushed us. His enthusiasm was contagious and it was a pleasure for our family to spend the afternoon with him. Thank you, Stelios. We hope to meet again!

Stelios Spinoulas worked very hard so that we could do and see everything we wanted. He saw to every detail, even to what music was playing during our tour. He made sure that we were happy and doing the things that we wanted to do. Our family of 10 were well fed and well taken care of!

Three of us from the cruise ship contracted in advance with Stelios Spinoulas for a full day (8hr) tour beginning with a beautiful view (with commentary) as we drove first for ~ an hour along the coast to Cape Sounion and the Temple of Poseidon ( this is def worth the trip). After giving us some background, we then toured the site while Stelios waited for us at the site's excellent restaurant. Having purposely missed the heavy initial onslaught of visitors to the Acropolis, we headed back to that Rock where Stelios saved us the hateful line wait by getting us tickets in advance (no surcharge either). This is a Must Do if you value your time in Athens. After the Acropolis, Stelios took us to a non-tourist restaurant with an array of delectables. drove thru the city, he would point out various items of interest & their history and significance. We also went to the Olympic Stadium (Old) and the Temple of Zeus (poor). We concluded our time with Stelios the same way it began: at the cruise terminal. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Outstanding Service. BTW, his English is excellent as he spent years in the USA. You cannot go wrong with Stelios as your man!

I visited Athens with my wife and daughter on July 15, 2014 and completely enjoyed a private and personalized tour of the city given by our guide, Mr. Stelios Spinoulas. Stelios is retired from a career in the shipping industry and has his own well kept Mercedes taxi; he charged modest rates and provided us interesting tourism recommendations and fascinating Greek history information as we journeyed around Athens, from the Acropolis to the Temple of Zeus to the summit of Lycabetus Hill to the narrow and winding streets of Plaka. Please contact him for day tours of Athens or trips to Delphi & Peloponnese. His Mobile Number is +30 6976 518 378 and his email address is: stelios_spinoulas@hotmail.com.

Hello.
My family of 4 people will be visiting Athens (Piraeus) on the Holland America Oosterdam on the 9th and 10th of August, docking at 8am on the 9th, and departing at 5pm on the 10th. We would like to spend one of those days touring the city (and possibly nearby areas) with a private driver & guide. We may visit the acropolis on our own on the other day.
Our 1st choice would be to tour with you on the 9th, but the 10th would also be possible. Are you available? And how much would this cost? We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you!
