Get to know the wonderful world of Mediterranean cuisine; the herbs, the fresh vegetables, the choice meats that we always use and learn the basics on how to prepare a full Greek dinner with easy to follow recipes and plenty "hands on" preparation and cooking. The cooking course includes starters like eggplant salad, tzatziki, traditional seasonable pie, dolmadakia, Greek salad and a main course. Plenty of choices for vegetarians also.

We very much enjoyed our class on the last day of our Greek honeymoon. We loved learning how to make all the food we enjoyed throughout the trip. There was great conversation with the other attendees and the instructor. Thanks for a great experience!

I highly recommend this experience. Fofi, our instructor and Xenofontas, her assistant were totally amazing. Fofi explained everything about the food, culture, and history while our group was slicing, dicing, mixing, and making. We made 7 dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed over food and wine....More

The great thing about Eva, our cooking instructor, is that she is not a chef but just a lovely cook, who teaches the recipes just the way her family do them. This makes for a real deep-dive into the Greek tradition. We had the chance...More

My husband and I joined the cooking classes when we were on our honeymoon trip to Athens. Food was great. I am still making some of the dishes I learned to make there. The cooking instructor was very nice. We had a great time.
