This is a great place to watch a movie. Located in Plaka. The open air cinema is situated on the top floor of an one storey building. There is view to the Acropolis. It is great to combine having a beer and watching a movie....More

It doesn’t matter which movie you’re going to see. Go watch any movie anytime. Great atmosphere under the Acropolis. The bar is a bit overpriced.

The facilities (seats, screen, sound) are not what you ll remember, what you will remember is watching a movie under the Greek summer sky, under the acropolis while the summer breeze blows.

Following a local friend’s recommendation we went to the cinema. Both my husband and daughter had never been to an outdoor cinema. It was great experience with the setting!

This was an unexpected surprise for me, having only noticed the cinema on a walk through The Plaka, best advice is to get there at least half an hour before the film starts as it does fill quickly. It seemed popular with both locals and...More
