See the best of Athens with a guide, who takes care of navigation and logistics, on this guided tour. Go past city highlights such as the Keramikos Cemetery, Roman Forum, and Ancient Agora, among other ancient monuments. Pedal along bike-friendly paths and streets and cover more ground than if walking, learning the city's rich history as you go.

At home in an impressive construct we thoroughly enjoyed browsing over a few storeys the superb range of automobiles collected here. A first one to catch our eye was the fascinating Hungarian Hunnia Horse Drawn Carriage With Water Pump from 1895. Legendary cars from the greatest designing and producing countries predominate. Chief amongst these is of course America and a fabulous 1906 Ford Model N Runabout was the first of that nationality we came across. Chrysler, Lincolns and a marvellous gleaming 1918 American La France were just some of the extensive homage to that country. England is well serviced with Daimlers, Wolseley and the crowning Rolls Royce. A number of Bugattis from the 1930s are gorgeous. Can’t finish without mentioning the oldest car on show. Namely the one from 2,381 BCE belonging to Fred Flinstone. His Bedrock Buggy had a top speed of about 2km/h powered by a couple of feet.

What a pleasant surprise! In downtown Athens, close to my alma mater National Technical University Patission campus, a museum dedicated to cars. Good collection, beautifully arranged and presented, it includes some historic cars, but most of all it brought back memories of yesteryear, when cars were more difficult to live with than today, but so much more engaging (for better or worse :) ) I enjoyed the visit thoroughly and recommend it to car enthusiasts.

Don’t let the entrance to mislead you, take the elevator up and you’ll find the museum. We arrived and we were sure the building is abandoned however we decided to check although it doesn’t looked promising ( dark, dirty, escalators doesn’t work) and we found the entrance. Once you’re in the museum it’s amazing, a huge collection of cars!!! Different types, models, sizes, from different years. All cars reserved. The museum is clean and you’ll find explanations about everything. We had a great time, it was surprising and fun. Highly recommended to visit, excellent museum for few hours for couples, families, individuals. Thanks!

A large collection of over 100 vehicles charting the history of car evolution through the 19th and 20th Century all excellently displayed with a mine of information on each vehicle. From Vintage vehicles to the not so humble Mini the collection is superb and car enthusiast will be in their element as they wander around the spacious displays. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit here and I am not particularly "car buff" we have visited many motor museums around Europe and found this one to be smaller than some, bigger than others but well laid out and full of interesting memorabilia. Highly recommend a visit here when in Athens with an entrance fee of just 8 euros.

An amazing collection of cars, very well presented. The route to follow was easy, the ladies at the reception more than helpful! Definitely recommend it to those who would like to see classic models and learn more about their history.
