A fun and unique experience - something I have never done before! I am avid pedicure goer and this was a brand new experience for me. I had the Deluxe pedicure with a 30 minute fish spa. Highly recommend more than 10 minutes in the fish spa. The pedicure was okay. For the prices I would expect to have cuticles... More

This was my first fishy pedicure and I also received a massage. After spending a month traveling around Europe, this was welcomed relaxation. I suggest however getting the 30 minutes with the fishies as I saw results but they could have been better if I got the longer time. I also suggest the am as a few people said the... More

We visited here and had a fish spa the first time and came back for a foot massage as well which was well deserved after walking around Europe for 3 weeks! It is very clean, the staff are very friendly and professional and the massage was very good! We both enjoyed our services very much and will be back next... More

Nice surprise! It is worth to take 10 minutes to relax in the middle of Plaka busy streets. For only 10 euros you can have a spa experience and feel refreshed and pampered. The staff is amazing!

From Colorado, the fish liked my feet it feels weird but definitly worth it, all the dead skin is off and my feet feel like a baby's butt. I would do it again for sure. Loved this experience.

Enjoyed the 30 minute treatment. I visited one evening around 20:00. Another visit was earlier in the day around 11:00am. The fish were more active in the morning from my experience. The staff was friendly, fluent English spoken, and they visually inspected each foot before being allowed in water. Other places I've visited did not do this, depending on people... More

This place is fab. Great prices. Great service. Wanted to take her back to London. There's quite a few of the fish tanks. I don't do that business but the luxury mani/pedi was super duper. Glad a wandered to find it in Plaka!

My wife & I had the 30m Foot therapy treatment, where the Gara Ruffa fish suck off the dead skin cells from your feet. The staff were very professional & helpful. The whole set up is clean & tidy. Although I thought it was a bit of a gimmick at first, the overall sensation was ticklish, but my feet fely... More

Staying in Plaka

Neighborhood Profile
Due to its proximity to the Acropolis, Plaka remains the area where the majority of foreign visitors stay and play. Its attractive features include small squares, some notable museums and the beautiful Mitropolis cathedral, as well as a host of places to stay, eat and drink. Its pedestrian zones make it a pleasant place to escape from the city’s notorious traffic. Adrianou and Kidathineon Streets contain a number of souvenir shops, offering classier items than you will find in the Flea Market. The most rewarding section to explore is the upper reaches towards the Acropolis itself, where many old stone houses with tiled roofs have survived. Up here you can find leafier corners and the odd quaint taverna with unobstructed views of the ancient rock.
