Absolutely recommend Timeless tours, very professional tours with detailed information provided by the tour guides, Markos and Vassilis, very friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all the trips. I appreciate that Markos and Vassilis provided a lot of useful and interesting details about all the places i have visited across Delphi, Corinth, Namphilion, Athens riviera, Cap Sounion, Loutraki. All these locations which i have visited are totally worth the visit, amazing landscape views, very interesting cultural archeological sites to be visited, i totally recommend all these locations for tourists who would like to learn and see more about Athens, outside of the city centre. Conditions for the travel were perfect, clean, safe and brand new car for transportation, punctual visits to all locations and useful guidance for all the locations visited, a real pleasure to visit these nice locations close to Athens with Timeless Tours company.

I spent 7 days in Athens and my intention was to also visit archaeological sites of ancient Greece.
The first thing that caught my attention about "Timeles Ahens Tours" was its website, super easy with good information about the places to visit and very easy to contact and book a tour.
The first day I did the star tour that I recommend to everyone, which is the Peloponnesian tour, it is super complete and combines archaeological sites of ancient Greece with current sites such as Nauplion.
I was accompanied by Markos and he was at all times to advise me and tell me the stories and myths of each place we visited. He was an excellent travel companion, you will not get bored with him.
I also did the tours of Delphi, Cape Sunion and Loutraki. With this you have a fairly complete first approach to Greek life and history.
In summary, "Timeles Ahens Tours" is an excellent option if you want to get an idea of the surroundings of Athens.

Reviews are right. These guys are excellent. Markos was our driver, friend, guide, photography assistant, and greek food consultant. He picked us up in a new Mercedes van and entertained us with documentary videos related to our tour destinations. We did the overnight stay in Meteora with a stop In Delphi. We did some Sunset and Sunrise photography even if the sunrise part was not included in the usual itinerary. Markos had to get up earlier for that one. He is very accomodating!

We had a half day private tour in a comfortable touring van. First, the initial booking process was so easy and they are super responsive to emails. As for the tour itself, our licensed guide Myrto and tour driver Harris were excellent! They both were heavy on customer service for one. But also Myrto was very informative about each stop/location we saw. I am partially disabled due to MS and they took such care to make sure the tour was doable for me. We may have had to walk around less, but the time Myrto took talking about items in the distance was so appreciated. And when the elevator to the Parthenon broke down on our time to descend, Myrto walked slowly with me down all the stairs and then Harris brought the van up a mostly pedestrian path to pick me up sooner. He was a life saver at that point.
I would recommend this tour company so very much! And in particular the two that brought us around. Thanks to them for such a memorable and informative tour of Athens!

Great private day tour as we disembarked a cruise ship with our lovely guide Markos Vasalos. We could not have asked for more. He took us to all of the sites that we could squeeze into the time available, made sure we knew what we were looking at before we got there through his own great knowledge and presentations on his ipad. He also gave us a little guide book. His minivan was spotlessly clean. His English was great. Made an amazing recommendation for lunch. He kept our children aged 14 and 12 entertained too, even though they were a bit jaded and fed up of ancient ruins (as only teenagers can be). Would not hesitate to recommend this company and Markos. Thanks so much (oh and we saved money on an equivalent tour from the cruise ship that would not have been tailored for us)!

Thoroughly recommended!
Myself and my partner are keen runners and wanted to include a pilgrimage to Marathon as part of our trip to Athens. We opted for a private tour and this was the right decision as seeing the various attractions of Marathon might have been tricky with public transport. Markos was absolutely fantastic - so knowledgeable and friendly, gave us all the time we needed in the various places, very smart comfortable car. We had such a great day on his tour!

We used the company for airport transfers and for a half day trip to Delphi. We were really happy with everything. The cars were super clean and very spacious. The driver (Markos) was very friendly and was always wearing a mask. We learned so much especially on the day trip because this guy has great knowledge of ancient and modern Greece. We felt like we learned so much in such a short time we would always recommend any trips with this company! We will surely come back to take other trips they offer!

My family and I used Timeless Athens Tours for airport transfers twice and each time the driver was on time (even when our flight was 4 hours late), the vehicle clean, waters and snacks available, and good introductory remarks provided along the way about the city.
TAT was also responsive to emails and quick to provide information.

This was the perfect way to experience the history, landmarks, and monuments of Athens. We had the perfect day going to the different sites around Athens with our guide giving us his key insights and recommendations as a part of a flexible and interactive learning and cultural experience of the city. Our guide, Markos Vasalos was the best tour guide I've had. He was kind, flexible with plans, knowledgeable, and always helpful when it came to teaching us about Athens and exposing us to the city's rich culture. Markos would point us in the right direction when exploring new places, always ensured we were comfortable, and offered to help us with anything we needed on the trip. He also has some great food menu suggestions! Overall, I am recommending everyone taking a trip to Athens to book this tour with Markos as the best way possible to introduce themselves to the city.

First of all, I rarely write reviews. However, this time my families experience was so memorable that Markos has more than earned the time I am taking to do this.
Markos was our tour guide this week for two different tours - Athens/Cape Sounion and Delphi/Meteora. These tours were both amazing and the HIGHLIGHTS of our week in Greece. Markos was punctual, energetic, polite, friendly, funny and informative. He thoroughly prepped us en route to each site so that we got the most out of our time/visit. We would never have learned or enjoyed nearly as much without him.
It is sometimes difficult to choose from the multitude of tours online, but we got very lucky with Markos and his team. You will not be disappointed if you choose timelessathenstours.
Markos prioritized local businesses for meals and accommodations that provided high quality at a reasonable value. He made you feel like you weren’t just there to see attractions, you felt like you were becoming immersed in the Greek culture.

If I want the best visit to the sites in Athens in one day, should I book a private licensed guide for for the entire tour or just at the Acropolis? We are also planning to visit Cape Sounion that day. (We will be getting a private driver regardless!) Just trying to determine if the extra money for the licensed guide is worth it.

Drivers are not permitted to come with you inside the archaeological sites, only licensed guides can and it is an extra service. I suggest to use a licensed guide, it worth it!

We had Vassillios himself. He knows so much about Athens and Greece itself. He drove and spoke to us during the day trip. That was just enough to not overwhelm us. He was amazing.
