Hiking Samaria Gorge is a must-do experience if you are fit and can walk 16+ km. Its an absolutely beautiful walk that you can do at a moderate pace ending in a lovely dip in the Libyan sea. The tour group is organised and helpful, they picked us up in Chania really early so that we were one if the first groups to start the hike and we mostly hiked in the shade. The tour’s communication was good and the guide was knowledgeable and experienced. It was a small group in a private van, we all wore masks and the tour was in English which was helpful to us. We stopped for a snack and coffee on the way there and the tour guide had hiking sticks available for hire if needed. There is fresh cold water available every few km so you just need to carry your own food and one water bottle. The first 4km have some steep downhill sections that require concentration but overall it isn’t a difficult hike as there are few uphill parts and we felt safe at all times. There are lovely rest stops with clean bathrooms on the way, you just need stamina, sunscreen or a hat and comfortable hiking shoes to complete it. Once completed, you have time to enjoy the sea and have a late lunch before you take a big ferry to Scouda. Its very busy in the town so get to the ferry stop with time to spare. The tour takes you back to your hotel or a main meeting point after a scenic drive. Its a whole day activity. We really enjoyed it and although my legs were sore the next day, it was a highlight of our trip. I would not recommend this hike for anyone not used to walking long distances or unwell as the terrain is uneven and some spots require strength and speed but if you are relatively fit, it is a wonderful experience. Thank you to the tour.

Really nice day. Drive is really breathtaking, on really winding roads. The cave was nice, especially the views over the gorge. Elafonisi itself is beautiful, bit more busy than I expected, but you arrive quite early so you will find loungers. Restaurant stop in Elos was also good, nice food and decent price. Driver and guide was really nice, with interesting commentary.

Makis from Fantasy Travel booked an amazing trip for our group! We did not know exactly what we wanted to see, so she suggested an itinerary that allowed us to see the highlights of Athens, along with Mykonos and Santorini. Every detail of the trip, from the moment we landed at the airport, was handled perfectly. Our transportation to each destination, our hotels, and our excursions were really great. We received first class customer service, and friendly, helpful drivers in each place. We highly recommend this agency to plan your trip to Greece!

We did a girls trip to Athens, Naxos, Santorini and Crete in September. Makis made all the arrangements for us and it was PERFECT! The hotels were just what we requested, the transfers and ferry rides were all set up and we couldn't be happier. There were four of us and we were all more than happy with the service Fantasy Travel provided. Thank you so much for all you work and attention to detail..

Vicky A. from Fantasy Travel did an outstanding job in helping us curate an unforgettable itinerary for our group of 6 with age ranging from 81 to 9 yrs old. For full disclosure, we did our research and had our wish list before working with Fantasy Travel but Vicky really helped pull the itinerary together that worked very well with our schedule. The trip was a mixture of private tours and free-time to explore (as requested by our group members). The private tours and tour guides were very knowledgeable, professional yet were also very personable and interesting individuals. The private villa/hotel and dinner cruise in Santorini were amazing! I highly recommend.
