This Lapin House shop in Kiffisia, is the worst shop Lapin has in Athens. I am astonished that no one mentions how bad the shop assistants and the lady/owner treats the customers. You have to look like you have a lot of money so you can shop in this Lapin.....this is the way they will treat you there. I am always buying for my son, Moncler brand clothes, but I always avoid going to this shop. Is better to go in Attica shop in Golden Hall or even in the centre of Athens!!!! Maybe someone from Lapin will do something and change the staff from this shop, because I know a lot of people who really avoid going shopping to the premises in Levidou street. And it is really pitty , because Lapin has nice stuff.....

In my opinion, a very expensive chain to have such poor service. Unthinkable such a big company and they can't communicate between the records. ....and it is understood that under these conditions there will be only enthusiastic customers!!
