I needed a taxi to drive me and my friend from acharnés to kifisia. The app was easy to use and the taxi came quickly. We ended up being some minutes late and our driver seemed upset about it (even though he's getting paid while waiting). Also the car smelled like weed, which like alcohol is dangerous when driving. After the ride, when I opened the app, it said that I had rated it with 5/5 stars, which i hadn't done. The driver's name was Pavlos Karimpidis (Παύλος Καριμπίδης).

the taxi never came. My calls to the number 18222 which I supposedly booked for a route within Thessaloniki, never worked again. As soon as the supposed employee connected, the line was "magically" closed. And this happened many times because I became obsessed, my mind couldn't believe this for a company that sells so many berries with this site... Honestly, do such companies exist and survive???

One of the worst in Athens. They send taxis only when there is sunshine! Today I had a confirmed appointment for a pick up from my physiotherapy center and I was confident that after my physiotherapy I would find the taxi waiting for me! NOONE! It was raining and probably their taxis are made from sugar!Τhe center called me 5 minutes before the appointment (it was at 15:30) that there is no taxi available for me and I would have to find an available one elsewhere! Just crap! IT WAS A CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT!
Their taxis are old with smelly drivers.I was a new client and I supported TAXIPLON for two weeks with multiple reservations per week. They do not deserve it! Their phones for customer service don’t even answer. What they think they are? Hope to have real professionals in the field soon!

Ι used the service recently to the port of piraeus and back from piraeus to Kifisia, which is a kind of difficult, due to the chaos at Piraeus upon the ships arrival. But they found me very easily.!!! They offer very good service, accuracy, very polite drivers , decent prices . I will only use this provider again in the future

Driver was rude. I called for a taxi and was told there is no taxi for that area. After I was dropped there by taxiplon Weird as I managed to get a taxi from another company. Won't use them again!

I requested a taxi one full day before, I received a confirmation message and the next day 15 minutes before my pickup I received a text message saying there was no one available in my area! Why in earth would I book it a day before! So that I wouldn't have that problem! Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional!

Taxi needed to be cancelled but the driver didn't accept the cancellation, came by the work and started yelling and screaming . A total horrible experience and behaviour.

Very reliable and friendly service for us unlike several comments read on TripAdvisor. Very competitive price. We used it for transportation from the airport to our hotel and then from our hotel to our cruise ship.
