First off, this is basically JUST a small steam room. No other rooms or offerings like cool or warm pools. We paid 25€ to sit in this tiny room and be dead silent. This is not like any other bath house I have ever been...More

I‘m really experienced in sauna, hammam & wellness and this hammam is not worth it for the price. If you book the basic package for 25 euros you get a bit soap and sit in one room with hot stones, no steam for about 90...More

My first disappointment with the baths is that the hammam is self service - I have only been to hammam in Turkey, where the staff scrub you and it done the traditional way on marble beds. This does not happen here - you are given...More

The quality of the massage was good. However, hammam baths has a few issues that make the experience rather negative: 1. Very SMALL main hall. The hot marble fits maximum 2 people and the surrounding sits are limited. It feels very crowded, even when only...More

Side-by-side neighborhoods Psirri and Gazi provide

the restaurants, cafés and bars that have recently
sprouted up. The central artery of Agion Anargiron

Re-living the 101 Arabian nights in Chiclana (2 Replies)
The other night we visited Chiclana's best kept secret. The recently opened Arabian Hammam Baths in Sancti Petri. This beautiful and exotic space dedicated to relaxation in the ancient “Al-Andaluz” style blew our minds! There are 7 pools with contrasting water temperatures of hot, lukewarm, and cold; a steam room and massage areas. Bathing in the clean, shallow water, with soft candle light, faint Arabian music and the smell of incense ignited our imagination. Me and the wife both...More

Airport to Island best Transportation? (14 Replies)
Hi We are two couples arriving in Athens around 1pm mid September and upon arrival we are immediately heading to Hydra for two night stay then 3 nights in Athens. What is the best mode of transportation from airport to port to get on ferry to Hydra? What price can we expect to pay if we use a taxi? Should we arrange taxi prior to arrival? If yes, any recommendations? Would people suggest purchasing tickets for the ferry in advance? If yes what site could I use that has English or should...More

Χ96 Βus takes you directly to the port (5 euros pp) it will take around 90 minutes.
