What an amazing way to see 3 beautiful islands, we are frequent visitors to Athens and this is the first time we have tried this. We will definitely do it again. The boat is very clean, modern interior and friendly, whilst it seems like a packed day there is plenty of time to relax.

Our friends had arranged this for us. The 'tour' was led by a very rude guide, distinct lack of knowledge, and had a problem with the British, no mention of other more recent nationalities. The show was well underway when we arrived, most of the audience then left. The staff were also very rude, almost throwing the plates at us. The musicians, singers, and dancers were very good and deserve better than this bunch. If your planning a night out with 136 Euros, I would go somewhere else.

We were so excited to book this tour for our first anniversary. We got up early and waited outside our hotel to be picked up by the tour driver who never showed up. We called the driver to ask where he was and he was extremely rude to us, telling us it’s not his problem. We were then refused a refund and after hours of arguing (online as there is no phone service) we eventually were told we could reschedule the tour for the next day instead. We didn’t want to book it for the next day as we knew it wouldn’t be a sunny day and was the whole reason we booked it for the day we did. But not wanting to miss out after we clearly were not getting a refund, we decided to go. First of all, the trip to the first island was through cold choppy waters for an hour and a half in which almost half the boat was being sea sick, to the point where bags were being handed out regularly and the toilet was full to the brim with vomit. We were then told our trip to the blue caves (the highlight of the trip) would now be cancelled due to the weather. We were then taken to the next part of the trip, where we were meant to swim in the turquoise waters by antipaxoi but it was too cold to swim, so rather than move on, we bobbed in the water on the spot for half an hour, whilst more guests were sea sick and wanted to get off. The tour was then ended 5 hours early. After explaining to Viatour that the driver didn’t turn up for our trip, we were treated rudely and disrespectfully and felt forced to take the trip the next day as the only option - to then have the service we paid for remove 2 out of 3 of the activities with no warning, and no terms and conditions on the tour site warning us the tour was subject to change, that we wanted a refund. This we were of course refused and met with more blatant rudeness. Save your money and don’t book with this company. They’re con men.

This tour did not go to any of the wineries listed on Trip Advisor. We were supposed to go to Boutari, Venetsanos, and Artemis Karamolegos. This tour operator refused a partial refund and then changed the winery itinerary on Trip Advisor.

Great day out, well worth it and good value for money. Very pleasant boat trips there and back. Trip to Butrin very interesting, the guide knew her stuff and would do it again. One bit of advice though, there are a lot of steps and steep climbing involved, i use an elbow crutch due to an ankle injury, and i must admit i did find the end of the visit dificult, but i made it!!!! The guide did warn that it would be difficult and she was quite happy to go slowly when i had to.So, effort needed to do that part! Then we had a buffet lunch in Saranda plus we had a good hour to look around and to do some shopping. The town itself is very pretty especially along the promenade. Can use euros or their own currency ( i forgot what its called lol), so no worries there. Coach transfers there and back included. Need to pay 10 euros port tax on the boat, but everything else all included in the price. So , yes, great day!!!
