We were offered a choice between 2 cars so that was grand we offered to pay a deposit and cash on collection if they wanted. We chose them because all though they take your card details they didn’t put a hold on it which is very good. All of a sudden 24 hours later after offering a deposit and cash they have no cars to offer us with no explanation very strange, it’s as if by offering cash and not card seemed to change their minds we were just trying to be helpful offering cash. So any more of a review I cannot give.

We hired a car for 2 weeks through joyride. The car was near new and we had zero issues with it. The staff were lovely and flexible on pick up and drop off.
Would highly recommend this car rental service!

I had pleasure to be a client of these company. Very nice car. Quick pick up and drop off in the airport. Excellent contact with all staff during reservation and rental period.
Despite of my mistake they have managed all problem. Next time in Athens - only Joyride!

I'm just back from a 10 days' vacation on Evia island with my family (2 adults and 2 big boys).
After spending long time on the different sources of information, I finally rented a car from Joyrade.
It was a great decision. I've been fully satisfied with their service, which is why I am taking a little bit time now to give them a good review on TripAdvisor and Trustpilot. I paid 560 + 40 * € for 10 days in July for an almost new Peugeot 308 in perfect working order (with full insurance).
* Our arrival and our departure were outside normal opening hours => each time 20 € extra (announced from the first discussions => no surprises).
Balance sheet:
1. Communication 5/5 (I had several email exchanges with them before deciding; then, the exchanges to meet at the airport were done by WhatsApp).
2. Friendliness 5/5 (both the person who delivered the car to us and the one who collected it was smiling and pleasant).
3. Simplicity 5/5 (someone was waiting for us right in front of the airport to deliver the car to us. All the papers were already prepared; without forgetting the card payment terminal, we would have left in less than a quarter; on the way back, someone was waiting for us in front of the departures; the control of the car lasted less than 5 minutes)
4. Insurance coverage 5/5 (what is not included in full insurance * was clearly indicated to me in the initial email exchanges, reminded when the car was delivered and clearly written in the contract).
* Not covered: loss of keys; damage under the car; tires; accident due to serious misconduct (alcohol or driver not listed on the contract); potential additional costs are also indicated (cleaning of seats, etc.)
In short, I recommend Joyrade

We have now gone through Joyride the last three times we have rented cars in Greece and we have nothing but great comments to say about the company, the support, the price and flexibility that the company shows there customer is absolutely great and we will both recomend and will use Joyride in the future! We rented a car from eretria to visit Evia Island for 4 days. The car was new and in excellent condition. Very helpful stuff showed us all the info we needed to see the local parts of the island.We totally recomend this rental company. Value for money!!
