Named after the well-preserved Thission (ancient temple of Hephaestus), Thissio is blessed with a small wooded park and some less frenetic streets that offer numerous quieter places to stay and eat. Largely pedestrianized Apostolou Pavlou Street runs between the Acropolis and forested Filopappou Hill, well worth climbing for more great panoramas, until it merges with Dionysiou Areopagitou Street. This leads to the up-and-coming area of Makriyanni, whose centerpiece is the magnificent new Acropolis Museum. Opposite the museum is the entrance to the southern slopes of the Acropolis, while the eponymous metro station nearby is at the top of Makriyanni Street, another strip of touristic cafés and restaurants.

Chance upon this shop through TripAdvisor, decided to get a photo shoot there. Location is near to Acropolis metro, very easy to find location. They have many costumes to choose from and can even be a Spartan. The photographer is very professional and took lots of photos, will also asked if we have any posed in mind. We are very delighted and happy with all the nice photo, end of the day there will be a hard copy with photo frame given to you and all soft copies will send via email. A very great and definitely an unique experience in Greece.

We had a lot of fun dressing up as Greek gods and goddesses at this little shop near Acropolis Select Hotel. Prices were reasonable and hard copies of photos are available after selection. Our little girl loved the experience and so did we.

This place was so much fun. Short distance from the Acropolis site! We all picked out our characters based on information provided about the ones we wanted. True lights, camera, action experience. The photographer helped put our looks together and guided our poses. Great fun and we learned more about the Gods.

This is the absolut funniest thing to do in Athen as friends, family etc. The photography is very good and very professional. The atmosphere was good and it was easy to talk. The photographer took good time to us, in general we are stunned by the amount of effort he used on us.

What a fantastic experience and definitely something to put on your 'to do' list for Athens. Like some of the others, we stumbled upon this opportunity presumably as it's a little different from the normal tourist activities.
Carlos was outstanding and accommodating to our requirements but simply you choose whatever costume you desire (either as a direct vision of a God or anything you want), dress up and have professional level pictures taken in the studio.
Dozens of pictures are taken and then Carlos prints off a shot for you (we didn't bother with this as we only wanted the digital copies) to take away and a couple of days later an online link is supplied to a huge selection of 'best of' pictures. These pictures are trimmed, edited and backdrops added.
In summary, an outstanding experience and memory. Please note that the price is all inclusive...none of the normal activity of getting a couple shots free and having to pay for additional shots. You pay and you get everything.
If you are still reading this it shows the idea is interesting enough. My advice, stop reading and get this booked!

They dress you up as greek gods and take photos of you. Then you get to pick out the photos you want and you get small printed versions in frames as as the digital versions of the photos. And it comes at a fair price as well. I absolutely had a blast doing the photshoot and got some great photos.

It was fun to dress up and different Greek gods and goddess - Costa let us choose as many as we like and set us up in different backgrounds and poses.

The entire experience was awesome. We got all the details and help in choosing the costumes. The costumes and accessories were high quality. The photo shoot was done without any rush and we got the chance to pose as we wanted.
