We did a private tour of the Peloponnese. Dimosthenis was our driver and he was wonderful. He's an excellent driver, which we especially appreciated on narrow and curvy mountain roads. He's also very protective. We enjoyed his company and found him to be thoroughly professional. We highly recommend him.

My husband, 2 sons and in-laws travelled to Athens as part of our Greek holiday this year. Dimosthenis met us at the airport and took us to our hotel. Dimosthenis was very smart and looked very professional, his Mercedes was spotless. The bottles of ice cold water were a nice touch and very welcomed.
Dimosthenis took us to the port the next morning as we had to catch the 07.00 ferry to Kythnos. He was on time and got us to the port with plenty of time to spare.
He then collected us from the port for our return journey. Again, he was on time ensuring that the tired travellers did not have to wait around.
Dimosthenis suggested a quick stop off at Poseidon's Temple at Sounio in our way. We arrived as the sun was setting - just beautiful! Somewhere we probably would not have visited if it were not for the suggestion.
Dimosthenis is a real professional who really enhanced our holiday, providing local knowledge and great Greek philosophy. Thank you so much.

Outstanding. Every transfer on time with clean minivans and very professional drivers. Also had two long range (3.5 hours) transfers to and from Gytheio, Greece. Arrived early and delivered us safely and relaxed. Best transfer service I have ever used anywhere.

In simple terms - Demos is perfect, professional, beyond-the-call-of-duty! You don't need to look anywhere else - just go ahead and book his services!
Professionally, Demos was always punctual (before time), courteous, helpful, caring, and the car (a Mercedes Van) was in top shape - always clean, in great condition - with a refrigerator that gives you COLD WATER all the time (!!)
However, it is not just the professionalism that touched our hearts. It is the human behind the professionalism. Demos was our friend, philosopher and guide for all of 5 days during our road trip from Athens to Corinth - Epidavrus - Mycenae - Tiryns - Nafplion - Mystras - Sparta - Ampeliona - Olympia - Galaxidi - Delphi - Kalambaka - Meteora - Thiva and back to Athens. He also picked us from from the airport and dropped us.
We talked to him about everything under the Sun, and we realized that there lies a person who thinks a lot (yes, he's a Philosopher), who cares about everything (which makes him evolve, and expect the same of people), who is deeply sensitive to issues that affect his country, his people and humans. He's a quick learner, a great observer and very witty narrator - he had us in peels of laughter with his tales and experiences which underlined a wonderful study of human behaviour.
He took care of us like an elder brother - from recommending to where we should eat; to giving us cold water (from the fridge!) as we would embark on yet another site under the summer sun; to recommending which room we should take (lower rooms would be noisier); to how to hold on to our belonging in crowded Athens; which island to visit in our spare day in Athens; to helping us plan a future trip that we're planning ... by the end of the trip we were sorry to say goodbye, and in our free day in Athens, we missed his caring presence.
We have brought him back with us to India (in spirit) and he is a part of every conversation we have about our trip.
It is people like Demos who give you that feeling of warmth, care and the human spirit that you seek, feel hopeful with, and know that the world is a better place because of people like him.
We will certainly meet him again, and miss his bright, cheerful, generous self!

Extremely professional, reliable and safe. Also, Demos was a true delight to talk with during our long drives - very knowledgeable and a terrific sense of humor! Our Athens-based travel agent (Dolphin Hellas) engaged ACES Transfer for us for our family’s trip to Greece in July 2019. Dimothenis (Demos) was our driver for transfers to and from the Athens airport and also for guided tours of Athens, Delphi, Meteora, Thessaloniki, Pella and Vergina. My wife and I were joined by our three children (boys are 21 and 19, daughter is 16), and some of the drives were lengthy. Demos was ALWAYS on time (early), and did whatever he could to make sure everyone in my family was comfortable. Besides that, he was simply a true joy to converse with, very funny. Highest possible recommendation.

From the moment Demos (Mr Dimosthenis) picked us up from the airport we knew we were in good hands. Demos is thoughtful and caring driver turning a holiday into a marvelous adventure. His knowledge and suggestions for restaurants ensured we had the best on offer. He made practical suggestions to the itinerary so we saw not just usual sights but also olive production and a winery. Truly a great holiday.

We did a 12 day tour with the proprietor of ACES, Mr. Dimosthenis Kaldrimidis, arranged via a travel agent. There are so many wonderful things to say that I hardly know where to start! I will try: thoughtful, kind, friendly, knowledgable, helpful, accommodating, concerned, anticipates needs of and thinks about his clients, drives very carefully and skillfully, arranges meeting time and place with guides, and interprets into english exceptionally well. He treats you like family and has a genuine concern that you have the best time possible. On multiple occasions he went far beyond what would be expected of a driver and interpreter. He enhanced our trip immensely, and we were very lucky to have had him with us!

My husband and I (both seniors from New York) just returned from a 12-day trip to mainland Greece. Dimosthenis drove us for the entire tour, and we were overwhelmed by his service--always professional, an extremely safe driver, consistently punctual, helpful with luggage, and generous with excellent recommendations of places to eat and sites to add to our itinerary. He's personable without being intrusive and thought constantly about how to improve our experience--you really could not do better.

Everything was amazing. The car was comfortable, new, clean and very spacious. Our driver, George, was extremely professional, informative (provides us the Greek/Athens history) and was very courteous. I highly recommend using George/Ace when requiring a transfer to or from Athens airport.
