The gibbonsafari was a great experience in total. The guides had a great knowledge. Also the cooking, breakfast, lunch, shimming in the waterfall was amazing. I can advise this daytour to everyone

We went on the 2 day Jahoo Gibbon Camp trek as part of our month long travel around Cambodia and found this to be one of the highlights of our trip. Firstly, the camp itself was well built and organised with mosquito nets on the beds and great local food all set against the beautiful Keo Seima Wildlife Sanctuary. The treks were fantastic, Chris, Kelly and Kyle and our two Bunong guides were informative, sharing their experiences and expertise. We were given a good insight into their culture and livelihood. The night tour was amazing, searching for insects, animals, creatures with torches in the dark. Very exciting. The following day was our search for the gibbons and we were not disappointed. It was truly an unforgettable experience hearing the gibbons call in their natural habitat. Some of the other magnificent creatures we saw over the two days were the Black Shanked Doucs, Pygmy Loris, Palm Civet, Giant Squirrel, and the Great hornbill. The two day trek really exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return.

This was our second time viewing the gibbons with Jahoo, and I enjoyed the experience even more. Jahoo is doing great conservation work in Cambodia with not just the gibbons, but other flora and fauna as well. The nature and wildlife do not disappoint. A couple of hours with the gibbons make the early wake up worth it, but the day continues to fascinate. The breakfast, hike through bamboo forest, waterfall, lunch, and education about our surroundings are all perfect. The naturalists/zoologists are knowledgable and passionate. The local guides are incredibly skilled at spotting large and incredibly small creatures. They were as excited about the sitings as we were. Time with Jahoo is well spent and a highlight of what Cambodia has to offer.

I spent 2 days/1 night at the camp and had a great time. Got to see Gibbons, Black-shanked Doucs, long- and pig-tailed Macaques, plus lots of birds, a snake eating a lizard, and more. Swam by a waterfall, hiked through the forest and learned a lot about the animals, about forest-protection and Bunong culture from my guides, who also cooked delicious Bunong lunches in bamboo. I can wholeheartedly recommend a stay with Jahoo!

This was my first experience at a jungle safari and having found out how mind-blowing the experience is, I will definitely be visiting more in future travels. also learned that this is one of the best ways to preserve and support local forests and the cultures of its people as eco-tourism gives a good incentive to slow down deforestation. we got to see lots of beautiful birds, gibbons, insects, and other animals in protected forests through easy-medium treks, guided by bunong men (local ethnic tribe of Mondolkiri) and narrated by English-speaking nature experts. They are really passionate about conservation and protecting local heritage, an incomparable experience to common tours. It was the perfect opportunity to interact with local culture and landscape in a way that may not have been possible otherwise. time goes by fast here and the days are the perfect balance of fun activities, nice conversations, hearty foods, and some rest all in pristine nature! the waterfalls we’ve visited were among the cleanest I've ever seen, and they have these unbelievably beautiful bamboo huts for lodging and eating area constantly surrounded by sounds of unique birds and gibbons singing (one cannot describe its beauty). Kyle, Chris, Kelly, pu Long and pu Sela are such kind, caring, and inspirational team of people. they make sure you are always comfortable, having fun, and learning at all times. highly recommend it, it would be a huge loss not to stop by when in Mondolkiri
