New to muy thaï and instructors had a fantastic way to make it fun yet demanding and technical. The gym is well equipped and maintained. The staff makes you feel welcome and you feel part of the muy thaï family. Highly recommend for anyone to try. I am a yoga person but definitely see the benefits of combining both sports and learnt a lot fast thanks to the teachers who invest into you.
Roughly it went like that (although some days are different) After running and warm up you are assigned to a teacher to learn the punches and kicks etc… then you have the choice to spare I.e pretend fighting and use the bags for practice with conditioning and strengthening exercises like push ups then cool down. I like the size of the group classes is manageable and not overwhelming (<10ppl when I was there)
I brought my 3y old to training sessions and the teachers took time to play with him whenever he was ready to give a few punches and kicks. He asked to come with me every time I went.

Loved training here when visiting Samui. Nothing but warm welcomes from when we arrived. The instructors are first class and the training is second to none. Special thanks to Sun and Pan.

I have tried out many gyms in Thailand and this is by far my favourite. The classes are well structured so you know what you're doing and every single trainer is friendly, technical and very skilled. Spent over 3 months here and will definitely be back one day.
Special thanks to Nik, First, Lom, Mee & Chat for all their help.

I have meet the first instructor by coincidence as I wanted to park my motorbike for half a day in their neighborhood. They offered to park my motorbike in front of them, even watch it- it was unbelievable!
So far I train with them with my family for few months and I am still impressed how friendly and open heart people work there.
The training is enjoyable and being 45 year old, also not a big fun of all sorts off sports, if they could make me do 100 sit ups, 100 squats and punch and kick till out of breath- in one hour -than they have to be good indeed.
My husband- having much more experience than me- feels the same- that they are professional and flexible to make you the best you can be regardless of your level.
My son has learned much to focus on and to pay attention to the trainer.
I’d really recommend this place to anyone who wants to train while in Koh Samui.

Yodyut had been recommended to me by my teacher back in London, but after training with the team for just over a month I can say that they are excellent trainers and amazing people. Was able to get a lot of good details that improved my game and never had a dull session. Happy I chose to train here!

trained here twice in September in the mornings. I really enjoyed training at Yodyut Muay Thai. It is a modern facility with gear (gloves, pads) that are very new.
The trainers are really good and encouraging and have very good communication skills. My reflection is they were a little better here at explaining where I needed to improve my technique and were a little better at answering my technical questions than some other places I have trained at. The team who took the training where quite approachable and fun to learn from, and take training in good spirits. There was a good number of instructors relative to students. I appreciated their also taking the time to assess my skill level (not having a Muay Thai background) during the first session, which shows good attention to making sure customers don’t get injured. There was a good mix of people training there with varying experience levels.
Training sessions are well organized, with the team working you through different elements of techniques. What I really liked about training sessions here was spending a little more time on both the bag and the focus pads with the trainer by comparison with other schools. It was great to spar with the trainers, rather than just students as this provides a great opportunity to learn. as At the end of the 1.5 hours of morning training I was well and truly tired.
I’d really recommend this place to anyone who wants to train while in Koh Samui. I hope to be back there sometime soon.

If you feel intimidated by Muay Thai or Thai boxing but I still want to try this is the place for you. Trainers are professional but flexible to guide you through regardless of your basics or no basic. Must try.

Probably the best Muay Thai gym in Samui (I've been to a fair few). New equipment, spacious, and airy.
Trainer was great.
800 baht for private lesson, one hour.

Was a Family Exercise class that we took together, 1 trainer for our child and 1 for us. We had a great time learning some technique but we think we could have stayed on longer to learn much more. Perhaps next time we will visit more in our stay to get some more pointers. We then went to chewang stadium to watch some of the guys from this gym battle it in the ring. Was a great time!
