We first came across Reef Riders towards the end of our first visit to Antigua in 2015 and vowed to take the tour on our return. This year we managed to return to Antigua and on the 3rd of November 2020 we took our tour with Reef Riders. We got in touch via WhatsApp, and had no issues in sorting out our trip.. with all questions/queries answered quickly. On the day we met the owner and had our safety briefing chat which at the time obviously included all the covid requirements etc for our and their safety. Once on the boats we unmasked and set off... The trip out to the reef was around 40 minutes and was at times a little choppy.. but that just made the boat ride a little more exciting. We were reassured about the stability of the boat and this meant that we both felt safe (even though at times I dropped the speed back a little when hitting bigger waves lol). The wife was a little apprehensive at first, but soon relaxed and enjoyed the whole thing.. in fact.. I'd go as far to say she's got the taste for this speed boat thing! After 40 minutes we arrived at the reef, (cades reef) had a discussion with our guide regarding what to expect and where to go etc.. and then (just being the two of us) jumped in. Our guide after seeing we where happy in the water got his gear on and joined us taking us round the reef. We never felt unsafe, and enjoyed the whole experience.. the guide even took us to a small wreck to try view some rays.. but unfortunately larger vessels had scared them off. On the way back we got to have a little play time in the boat just to mess about.. having gained a bit of confidence in it.. All in all the we'd highly recommend you give Reef Riders a try should you visit Antigua, we felt looked after and completely safe. The trip represented good value for money and was very enjoyable. Thanks guys.. and we hope to see you again ;-)

We had so much fun driving the boat and snorkeling. We saw an octopus, spotted eagle ray and a sea turtle which was really cool! I would recommend to anyone around. Tigger was great too!

This was a different experience. Always looking for something that is not the standard same trips on each of the islands. This was fun driving our own boats and Tigger was a great guide. We enjoyed the reef riders. Fun way to move through the water and see more. Tigger pointed out the sunken ship and found us an octopus. I would recommend this trip as a new experience you can't find elsewhere. We were lucky enough to have a private tour because the island is just getting back to travelers so the tours are still quiet.

We had an amazing time with Tigger! It ended up just us so we pretty much got a personalized tour. He took his time in providing us with so much history of the island and then took his time with me when snorkeling. He was able to help me see squid, octopus, a spotted eagle sting ray and so much more. It was truly an unforgettable experience. The weather started off rainy but we ended up with clear blue skies! Definitely my favorite excursion on the island.

My wife and I had an amazing time with Andy and Tiger. It was great fun riding the boats fo the reef, and the reef itself is also great in the middle of the ocean. Tiger is really knowledgeable and it was great to hear the stories. A great trip, we loved it.
