We were so lucky to find Meet Me at Porto and have a great day in the Douro Valley. Antonio was our guide and couldn't have been better. He was very knowledgable about both Portugal and the Douro Valley and took us to two amazing wineries and a great place for lunch. If you plan on checking out Portugal's Douro Valley, contact Antonio and Meet Me at Porto!

We went on a 4 hour walking tour on our first day in Porto, and our guide was Manuela. She did a brilliant job, showed us all the sights, gave us a really good feeling for the city and definitely took us to some places (look out points etc) that we wouldn’t have found ourselves. We stopped for excellent wine and snacks (cheese/olives etc) then we finished at Croft’s port house for a tour/tasting. It was an excellent introduction to the city, and she was a very knowledgable friendly guide. Highly recommend this tour!

My wife and I wanted to take a full-day tour of some amazing but little-known sites in and around Guimaraes in northern Portugal. Our request was very specific, and Meet Me at Porto arranged everything perfectly. Our guide Joana was one of the nicest and most interesting people we have ever met, and we loved every minute of a long and fascinating day spent with her. Meet Me At Porto was easy to communicate with and had no difficulty setting up a customized tour for our very specific interests. Their fee was very reasonable and they made everything easy for us. Very highly recommended.

Following a Duoro River cruise, we had a full day on our own in Porto and are so glad we decided to contact Meet Me At Porto! We spent the day with Rosa and Diana and couldn't have asked for a better introduction to the city. We not only saw the important landmarks and monuments, but also some amazing places for unique views given our interest in photography. Diana is extremely knowledgable about the history and architecture of Porto and we learned so much during our tour. The day was perfect for a visit to the beach in Matosinhos -- fabulous lunch at a seafood restaurant. Rosa even took us to the airport after our day of touring -- we feel like we have an extended family in Porto and highly recommend Rosa and Diana to anyone visiting Porto.

We arranged a three day private tour of the Douro wine region and a walking tour of Porto. We stayed at a lovely hotel on one of the historic wineries, and enjoyed tours of the wineries and the tastings including one amazing port tasting. Meals were arranging at some wonderful restaurants. Our guide Miguel was quite knowledgeable about the region and the wines. He also shared with us his special places to take in the scenic beauty of the Douro. Returning to Porto, we spent the afternoon with Diana exploring the city and stopping to taste the local food and wine. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Antonio, Miguel and Diana for making our trip so special.
