A very good beach and located in a very nice place, between Boavista Avenue and the city centre. Perfect to spend the last ours of sunlight!

This statue commemorating fisherman and the dangers of the sea stands on the promenade at the coast near a Foz.

Nice statue along the promenade of Foz. Part of a lovely walking area by the sea from the mouth of the Douro to Boavista avenue.

Nice little beach with an untamed feel, sat on the little concrete wall and watched the sunset over the water. Praia do Homen do Leme in Porto Portugal, got its name from the statue erected as a tribute to fishermen.

Fine sand and a wild, rocky landscape between it and the water. It was great. You can still get into the water to swim. We rented lounge chairs and soaked up the sun, with good service from the bar/restaurant behind us on the boardwalk.

Rocks, wild sea, golden sand, walking trail, trendy bars, good restaurants. Better during working days because In weekends it can turn a little crowded.
