That walk along the coast line in Foz was one of our biggest highlights in Porto. We arrived by bus (you could take a tram too) and then a short walk to the lighthouse. It's a beautiful coast line with many lighthouses next to each other. Be prepared to be splash! Those waves are really strong. It’s captivating to watch the powerful waves crashing on the rock. Perfect place to take amazing pictures if you love photography.…

Currently closed, but it has an amazing view and the crashing waves are just astonishing. You will always find locals fishing right next to the lighthouse.

Stop here on one of the tourist buses and then you can make the short walk out to the lighthouse to watch the waves crash. Could be quite impressive on a stormy day.

My husband and I took a long evening walk to reach the Farolim de Felgueiras in time for sunset. To see the Atlantic Ocean waves crashing with a sunset backdrop was truly spectacular.

Spectacular when the tides are high and the wind is blowing strong , it offers a great view of the waves crashing over the lighthouse.
