This is another of Porto's gems. A big natural park the actually includes an ocean beach. Easily accessible by bus. It's lively, well used and enjoyed by people who show an almost unusual degree of respect for it. IT's one of the city's biggest treasures!

The perfect place to evade away to after a warm day in town. Lush and green and also very huge. We even cycled through. Also there is an amazing Peruvian caffè where you can get a bite.

This big garden is beautifull and romantic,a great place to walk, jog, read, play. We visited in winter, and the greens and browns are great, the slopes are elegant and the lake is a good surprise.

Took the family there on a nice sunny day in December. The park is quite spacious, with people but no where near being crowded. We took bread with us, and had fun feeding the geese, ducks and sea gulls. The geese would come close and...More

We had hired bikes, and were recommended to take this route -- pure pleasure! We really didn't expect to find such a huge park mid-city. The bike paths through it were great, and we stopped and watched ducks and birds in the ponds. Would be...More
