This is a tourist trap - shoddily restored artefacts at a very expensive price - nothing to write home about. Better options in Porto.

Amazing interior, loved it. We very nearly passed it by without visiting, and I'm so glad we went in. I think the entrance fee was 5 euros or so, and I was glad to spend it on this beautiful place.

With its rich history, Porto is full of great churches. Any of them are worth a visit (and we have been in many in the last four days), but this is the most spectacular of all. The huge, intricate carvings have to be seen to...More

There is a museum, the catacombs and the church. I wasn't that impressed by the church. I was told the church was restored by five Portuguese families, including one jew family. From outside you can see a Star of David in one of the rosettes...More

This is one of the most beautiful churches I have ever been to aside from maybe St Peters in the Vatican! It is so beautifully detailed everywhere you look and covered in gold. This church is not to be missed.

Porto may have a lot of churches, but this is the one to see due to its incredibly detailed and intracte interior. The Chapel (which you the ticket includes) is just as beautiful, but much more tasteful in design (still very laveshly decorated in gold...More

Although I hate the over decorated interior. Access is to the 2 churches, a small museum and the catacombs and it is worth the effort

10 Euros per person plus more for the "guide" book was definitely one of the poorer choices we made while in Porto. I do agree - amazing gold covered everything but only if churches are your thing!

This was such a beautiful church to see! We went in the evening, walked right in and saw the gorgeous architecture and detail right up close. A must see when touring around the city

Maybe on books. It is no longer a church. It's a museum.

Online. Or you can pay for postcards. It is a world heritage site so I would just grab an online pic and use it on your posting.
