Our guide, Gianfranco Stanzione, was very enthusiastic and engaging. We got an insiders look at much of the city. After the tour, he sent us all an email with restaurant recommendations, information on other things to do and see, info on books, etc. Highly recommended. My only constructive criticism is that there was too much talking and not enough seeing. We would walk a block and stand around listening to Gianfranco for long periods before moving on. What he had to say was always interesting, but I would have preferred to have time to take a quick look inside some of the places on the tour and to have walked for a longer distance and seen more landmarks.
