Very interesting to see that very little has changed in the intervening years.

Absolutely no indications as to how to find it and the same applies to the other nine in the area. Without the write-up here, you could go to the station and not even find it. (Down the escalator to the car park.)

Incidentally, with regard to the picture, what you’re looking at is the changing room. The kiln and steam room to the left have not survived. They are marked on the concrete pathway to the carpark. The stone with the hole is the entrance to the steam bath, low to the ground in order to prevent steam and heat loss. You therefore had to wriggle through the hole to reach it.

The area to the right is a small courtyard, the concave rock a small pool fed by a fountain. It is from there you took the water to throw on the hot stones in the kiln to create the steam, much like a modern sauna.

Two pillar stones mark the entrance to the complex.

A very interesting monument but I felt the need of having major and better images explaining it. It's a great symbol of how the city need to maintain it's Roman and Pre Roman legacy.

This is underneath the railway station head down the stairs to the car park.

This is located underneath the railway station and is well worth a visit to see an original steam bath. On a sunny day the light streams down and it looks amazing.

This archeological site is a real treasure to have found. Well worth a visit. Friendly staff and an excellent video that explains the site and its history before you walk a short distance to see it.
