We went through the church, but were somewhat disappointed to see it is primarily a bookstore. I wouldn't waste my time again.

There are plenty of pretty little churches in Obidos. This one has one of the most impressive altars in the town. Very much worth a visit. Didn't see anyone else go inside when we were there.

One doesn't have to go far to come across a church in Portugal and it can be easy to pass them by. This church isn't especially inspiring, but it does contain a very nice altarpiece, so it's worth a few moments of your time to...More

Located in the centre of the village this rather plain looking church has an interesting history. Some good telework is featured and the church also features a bookstore.

Very small but pretty nice inside. The outside does not do justice to the inside. an active parish needs respect for locals praying

It looks impressive as you walk the path toward it. The steps in are steep. Inside is a nice book store tucked around parts of the past church. The alter is still there - very nice.

Located in a nice square is well worth a short visit. Please respect the church and for men remove your hat on entering. Very ornate altar.
