Worth the walk uphill to see the view, visit the Se Cathedral and continue up to the Castelo. Quite a steep walk up hill and through alleys, lol

One of the best views in town of the old town and the port and river. Maybe you'll see a cruise ship in port?

We took a walking tour and our guide took us to this spot to get some good pictures of Alfama. It is a nice place to look at the river and surrounding area. Worth a stop if you can find it without a guide.

Grab a drink from the kiosk, sit back and chill out listening to the street entertainers. Tram 28 stops just behind the viewpoint and later in the evening you can get on a downhill tram comfortably.
