Miradouro do Recolhimento

This viewpoint is better - and much less crowded - than Santa Lucia. Somewhat hidden in a children’s play zone (you have to go around the building) and therefore only accessible during daytime. They even have some tables and benches in the shade. Look for Miradouro do Recolhimento in Google maps - it will lead you to the entrance.
