Very eclectic place, used to be a factory, now it's an artistic and cultural centre with a restaurant. Good food, and good value for the evening entertainment. Lot's of different performance spaces with a few different shows in the evening. A very good night out for a few euros.

Went there for the 1st time today and was quite surprised by the environment and vibe. Spent a considerable amount of time consuming on the ground floor and everything was on spot -food, staff, decoration.

What ruined it :
I was advised to visit the 1st floor, specially the library as I love books but as soon as I came in I was badly greeted by a male staff member who made us feel unconfortable and much unwelcome. No social or customer service skills but perhaps ok enough to be just a security guy. If that is the case, well done. Either way, shame as I will be thinking twice before recommending this venue as I don't think people should be treated like this when looking for a place to have a good night out.

If you do want to visit, stay on the ground floor. Staff did go the extra mile and for me that makes the whole difference.

A mixture of pub, library and cultural and concerts space. It offers plenty of free parking, that is a positive, although having to pay a minimum of 5€ for the entrance could be a deterrent if you only want to have a coffee or dinner in the premises. As it is not centrally located I would visit only if I was interested in a concert offered in one of the multiple rooms dedicated to this purpose.

I went to a concert last week with a friend of mine. It‘s a great venue for sociocultural events. So important such places.
Anyways we were really fed up in the end about the staff. First we ordered 2 big beer each 4 eur as on the board. The waiter let us pay 10 eur in total. So, what to say …
Next, we (2 women) ordered two drinks at the main bar. Waited and waited …
4 guys came to the bar, ordered the same drinks after us and were just served. We stood there and couldn’t believe our eyes. Moreover this waiter was quite unfriendly the whole time. BTW the drinks are not so cheap.

We were a group of 50px.

Food: one olive and 1 pice of bread for 1 person, 1 bottle of water for 8 ppl, 35 steaks for 50 people, codfish that didn't taste like codfish, the rice was too salty, and the potatoes were raw. Definitely we starved.
Service: too slow.
Other rooms: Too disappointed to apreciatte the exposions and concert room.
Price: And all of this for 20 eur, for g0d's sake.

Fabrica Braco de Prata is a restored factory that's now an art space. Worth the visit to see and maybe have a drink. But don't eat here. The food is terrible. What they say they're serving isn't what you get. The feta and fig appetizer didn't have feta. They used another cheese and tried to pass it off as feta. The mayo for the shrimp was supposed to have tequila and some other ingredient. Nope, it was plain mayonnaise. The poor service didn't help either.

This place is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere it’s nice, they have many rooms with temporary exhibitions, live music, pianos, art and more, it’s terrific!!! Also, the food is delicious, we are vegetarian and ate very well there. I highly recommend this place!!

The place is huge with several rooms and a big parking lot. If you go on a group, you book one of the rooms just for your group. Inside you can find a concert, a shop, books, and a restaurant. After dinner it has a bar environment although some people are still having dinner and personally I don’t like it. It is suitable for children as they can run and play through the rooms. You have to climb some stairs, so if you have a chair is not appropriate. As a restaurant is bad: food is bad, service is slow and there are just a few bad/average wines to choose from. Overall: if you’re looking for a restaurant to have dinner, go somewhere else. If you’re looking for an original bar/cultural house go there after dinner.

If you like a Berlin-like atmosphere, dogs wandering freely around, a lot of arts and murales on the walls, this place is for you! The site is indeed interesting and quite remarkable for how it has managed to turn a former arm-factory into an art-factory (don't forget to visit the coloured main building, the library, the bar, etc.). A plus is that there is a bus going to the city centre at a stone's throw. YET. 25 euros per night is definitively overpriced for what it offers. Yes, there is a warm shower (but after a steep and half crumbling staircase), and there are places for grey and black waters (a bit of a treasure's hunt to find them, but still, there are). My suggestion is to stay there for one night to get the atmosphere but considering the price I would expect a little bit more of care - and the removal of the pointed remains of metal bars that spring from the concrete floor where you park the van.
