Dear Cirilo, We received your review which deserved our best attention. We must say that we are surprised by the rating you gave to our company Estrela D’Alva Tours. David is considered by all our customers to be a professional and knowledgeable driver/guide. We think you must have had the same opinion because when the tour ended you gratified David. Mr. Cirilo we had indeed a last minute problem with one of our vehicles. We called you the day before the tour to report you this situation and to ask you if you would accept to join another small group with a different driver/guide. We also informed you we would refund you 90$ since the tour would not be a private tour anymore. You agreed to do the tour with these changes. It is very difficult to accept your review under these circumstances. We think that maybe the true reason for your rating is related with a special request that you made 1 hour before being picked up at your Hotel. You called us on the phone because your wife had the wish to visit another city during this full day tour to Fatima. This was not denied to you under the condition that the other group and the driver would agree. We deplore the way you used your review by referring another touring company. Rest assure that No Map Tours don't need your opinion about their service to illustrate a less positive review on Estrela D'Alva Tours rating pole. We are sure they are an excellent touring company. Like many other touring companies in Portugal. But we are also certain that our touring company, Estrela D'Alva Tours, delivers one of the best touring services in Lisbon which is proven by all the excellent reviews we received on TripAdvisor and the recommendations given by our customers to their friends and families.
