I found a lot of negative reviews for this bike shop. We talked to the management and learned that the city is renovating a large area around the shop and they had to leave it for many months. The roads around the train station Cais the Sodré are still chaotic. The renovation was a problem for the service of the... More

We just finished a week long tour in the Alto Alentejo on a 14-speed aluminum tandem with straight handlebars outfitted with front and back racks. The bike was in great shape and surprisingly not very heavy. It was delivered as promised to our hotel in Evora with front and back Ortlieb panniers, under-saddle pouch, and a handlebar bag, all of... More

Hired a mountain bike with panniers for a 50km ride on the Camino de Santiago from Pamplona to Ponferrada. Bike was at the hotel as promised set up as requested without seat and pedals (I brought my own). Bike was very well serviced and was a pleasure to ride. When I emailed them I received a reply almost immediately. I... More

Dear Nancy, Thank you for your feedback, we are truly disappointed with your comments. Upon renting the bikes (on the day that you have booked and on the day that you have actually rented them), our staff had explained the Terms of Use and offered you a Tool-Kit and Bike Pump, to which one of the gentleman on your party,... We rented three Giant carbon road bikes from Bike Iberia for 5 days and had a great time. We booked our bikes prior to our arrival and all were ready to be collected on our chosen day. We really appreciated the thorough introduction to the bikes by the staff at the shop, especially regarding the seat post which was a... More

The good: Bikeiberia is pretty responsive through email, and in the end after some uncomfortable uncertainty about their customer service attitude (getting different answers from different people in their office) they eventually promised to cover repair costs for one of the bikes amounting to about 130Euros. The bad: we rented 5 bikes, which turned out to be just decent and... More

Rented 2 mountain bikes for a Camino de Santiago trip and overall I was pleased with BikeIberia.
