SO CUTE and authentic. Bought many gifts from our trip. Also just stunning from the exterior with beautiful Portuguese tiles.

My friends and I went to A Vida Portuguesa yesterday...and again today...and possibly again tomorrow. Yes, the shop is that good...filled with artisan products from Portugal that you will not find in any other shops in the city. Soaps, ceramics, textiles, and a multitude of other hand crafts for reasonable prices. Located in a charming area of the city.

It seems that we entered in a time machine. Completely different store, you could fall in love for old designs. You find here: teeth paste, soaps, creams, toys, some food and spirits also.

A charming shop that is well worth a walk-through. It features Portugese products with classic charm and packaging, great for take-home gifts. We bought beautifully-packaged tins of tuna that we will take home to friends. The lady at check-out was gracious enough to give us extra sacks with the A Vida Portuguesa logo for our gifts. We loved this store.
