The on-line booking was straightforward. We were a little concerned on the morning of the trip in case we didn't make the pick up point with the guide outside the designated hotel and called into the helpline printed on the voucher but it was on answerphone (not very helpful). Fortunately our concerns were unfounded and Igor picked us up a few minutes after we had left a message. Igor was friendly and knowledgeable. He supplied lots of information & tips about visiting Lisbon in general as well as details about Sintra Village, Pena Palace and Cascais which was one of the stop off points on our return back to Lisbon. We had lunch with another pair of friends travelling in our group of 6 at a farmhouse restaurant which offered 2 set price menus with 3 courses including drinks (soft drinks, wine or water). You didn't have to go to the restaurant, the option was left to us to lunch elsewhere if preferred which the 3rd couple in our group chose to do. Beware - Sintra in general (along with Lisbon) is VERY steep and cooler than Lisbon so be prepared for drizzle/showers/cooler weather and wear comfortable walking footwear - but the views are spectacular. Overall well worth going on the guided tour and we were fortunate to have Igor as our guide.

As I have visited Cascais and Cabo da Roca before by myself, I booked this tour just to enjoy the entertaining company of my favourite guide, Mauro. He never makes me disappointed... even the heavy storm in Sintra has changed the program a bit, as a highly skilled guide, he solved all the issues. He is a very good driver, knowledgeable, funny and caring person as well as having good skills in the practical part of tour guiding. When visiting Lisbon, I highly recommend to choose Go2Lisbon tours and their great guides!

We had a fantastic day with Igor between Christmas and the New Year visiting Fatima and some other inland towns. The vehicle was very comfortable, his driving superb and guiding was some of the best I have ever experienced on holidays. He paced our trips and gave us a perfect amount of time in each place with excellent English. I cannot recommend this tour group enough.

Fantastic day visiting Sintra, Cascais, Cabo de Roja and the devils mouth. Antonio our driver and host was excellent. His knowledge of all the places we visited was remarkable and very interesting. He could and was happy to answer all questions. He recommended where to see in each area, good places to eat and also what food and drink to taste. Through Antonio we were introduced to green wine, beautiful pastries and ginja, which we continued to consume for the rest of our time in Lisbon. Each place was beautiful in it's own different way and we learnt so much about their history from Antonio. Fantastic day out and definitely the highlight of our break. I would highly recommend Antonio as your guide for an excellent day out. Thank you so much Antonio.

We made a day trip to Sintra with the Guide Igor.
It was a perfect day woth a perfect guide.
Igor cared for everybody in the group and gave us a lot of Information about the spots we visited.
We had a lot of fun and can absolutely recommend this tour with him. Sintra is definately worth a trip and there is a lot to discover in one day. :) Thank you again Igor, it was a pleasure!!

Igor is an excellent tour guide with lots of knowledge and excellent customer service. He is very approachable and friendly. He told us lots of stories, histories, and interesting things during the trip. We enjoyed the trip very much. We love the restaurant he introduced. Delicious food and wonderful environment. We would love to go back to Portugal again and introduce our friends to go with your tour guide.

Lovely outing. Visitied the little town of Sintra high up, then a walk through the grounds of the Pena Palace and a visit inside. Followed by a nice trip to the seaside town of Cascais and lunch. Our guide Antonio was great--lots of energy and very informative.

I strongly recommend this travel agency. They are extremely friendly and serious in their job. Our tour was guided by Igor, who is very nice, efficient and friendly, along the trip we also explained the historical side of the places we were visiting.we had very enjoyable day!

Our guide Livramento, is excellent at his job and a great wealth of knowledge. He was personable and a pleasure to be around. We did the Sintra, Cabo Roca and Cascais day trip from Lisbon. Their online reservation went smoothly and everything went to schedule. We highly recommend!! Thank you Liv!

We would like to do a Sintra tour, but we arrive at the airport at 7:30 am on 10/27 and probably won't be available for a tour until 9:30 or 10:00 am. Is there a tour that would leave at that time?

Our group tour to Sintra starts between 8:30 - 9:00 am so you will not make it.
There are 2 options:
1st. To book a private tour to Sintra - Cascais with us so our guide will meet you at the airport. Private tour is more expensive, depends how many people you are.
2nd. We can arrange a transfer from the Airport to Sintra to meet with our group.

They have several pick ups. Not sure about the port. I was picked up at a local hotel. I think they also pick up at a bus terminal. I also benefited from a direct drop off at my Air B & B since there was no traffic and it was 3miles away. Tour guide/driver said his management gives them flexibility.
