Experience Portugal was phenomenal in knowledge, service, communication, and overall experience
Knowledge relative to restaurants to go to, for the activities, especially taking into account our young ones, and setting up activities that would be great for the entire family. The guides that we were set up with were fantastic and knowledgeable of statistics, history, and everything that gave us a really good sense of the country, the culture, the food, and the people
Overall Service experience was attentive; The hotels that we were set up with were amazing in terms of accommodations and service attention to detail. The travel agency service in terms of their guides, transfers, etc. were always on time, attentive to our needs, ready to change and modify our plans if we requested (if we were running behind, or if we wanted to swap an activity or reservation, etc.)
Communication was always on point. We have been planning this trip for over a year before we went. I had a litany of questions, and all of them are always attended to efficiently and thoroughly. While on/during our trip. We had a messaging service and text availability that was there for us ensuring that our needs or questions were addressed. Even during a very early morning departure as we were needing to be picked up for a 7 o’clock in the morning exit from the hotel, at 5:00 AM, Our guides were informing us of a flight delay, and scheduling our pick up at a later time - they were always on point.
Our overall experience ended up top notch on all levels. Experience Portugal set us up with accommodations, tours, rental car, restaurants, everything. We traveled as far north as a Porto and the Douro Valley, and all the way down south to the Algarve and everything in between
They were there for us each step of the way. They met us when we arrived, and also as we departed, ensuring that we were not inconvenienced with regard to security checkpoints, airport lines, etc. We felt impeccably cared for through and through

We would absolutely and thoroughly encourage them as your travel agent for anything Portugal related. Our experience, and our trip would not nearly have been the same without them, sitting our trip up and being there for us during our trip
