Our favorite shop we went to in Lisbon. Beyond unique pieces at reasonable prices and the shop itself is gorgeous.

This shop almost feels like it's a gallery due to the wonderful way the products are displayed. Products range in price from the very affordable (magnets, key-rings, postcards etc. but much nicer than the ones in the usual tourist shops) to pieces of art that would be a pretty major purchase for most. However, many of the pieces were affordable for a bit of a splurge - if like me you like to pick up original things from countries travelled, for a bit more than your usual tourist trappings then this is the place to go.

A very good find on the road directly behind the Se (Cathedral). A quirky shop that is based in the former royal stables and is now filled with incredible handmade and artisan products that you won't find in many other tourist shops. The range of textile products is especially wonderful. Yes, the prices are higher than other establishments, but you're paying for better quality. Worth setting some money aside for a few choice pieces!

An outlet with a huge range of well priced local products; mostly made by individuals rather than mass-produced. Jewellery, pottery, hats, bags, clothing, soap etc that because of their individuality, you generally won't find elsewhere. The setting is quite eclectic, just watch your footing on the floor of what was once the stables.

Logistics - slightly out of the way and very hilly walk but worth it! Amazing and cool building Prices - affordable but also ranges from low to very high depending on your taste. Assortment - very unique pieces and gallery/building, tended to be more artsy than practical ceramics only. But lovely options and big variety of categories for art and housewares. All pieces are made by local artists and we walked away with 3+ things.
