Portugal is a remarkable country. We were a family of 7 who took a day trip from Lisbon to the Fatima Sanctuary, Nazare and Sintra. Marco A Auletta was our tour guide and driver. Marco was outstanding - passionate, informative, engaging and entertaining. The itinerary was very well thought out, combining leisure time with activity.

Fantastic experience was worth the money we gave. The places we saw were all very nice. The main thing was that we didn 't have to wait in the long queues . Also this tour was great because we had Alfonso as a guide who explained everything we saw in detail without becoming boring and always with his own style. Alfonso, you're a nice guy. We had a great day with our guide
We were expected at our starting point.
What a nice surprise to see that there were only two of us who bought the tour. Then we had the guide only for us as well as the minibus.
We talked about many things... he told us about the history of each of the squares visited and gave ideas or eat and what to do.
It was easy to book... easy to travel.
Our guide even disembarked us at the metro station near our Airbnb on the way back.

We went with Antonio to visit Sintra, Cabo de Roca and Cascais and we couldn't have liked it more!!!!! The car ride flies by, shows you unique corners and leaves you free time to enjoy the day. In love with life after this tour.

We took a private tour our driver was Marco A Aulette. The experience was fantastic 10/10. Marco had a lot of experience and gave us a very good service. From the pick-up, every visit, to the drop-off in Porto, he was attentive to every detail. The also car was very comfortable.

Very nice and chill travel. Not a big company,which was nice. We enjoyed all places and had a good time in restaurant for a lunch trying local food! Recommended to see Cabo da Roca,Sintra and castle definitely. I enjoyed without rushing. Thank you! Hope you will grow and always get better, especially with history;)

Transport to the airport
While the service from lanetours was punctual and the transport itself was comfortable, the pricing left much to be desired. We were satisfied with the driver’s precision, arriving right on time and getting us to our destination efficiently. However, we were shocked to find that the fare was *four times* higher than the typical local rates for similar service.
As they were the only company offering a baby seat for our toddler(as we could find) we were left with no other option than to accept the booking price of 52 euros for a van to the airport from Lisbon city Center.
Additionally, they only accepted cash, which felt quite suspicious in this day and age. To make matters worse, we were not provided with any receipt, raising further concerns about transparency and accountability. Nearly two weeks after the trip, we have still not received a receipt as they promised from the service Center.
Despite the good transport experience, the lack of proper payment options and overpricing would make me hesitant to recommend their service.

We had a transfer booked and paid for arriving on an international flight early morning on the 16 June. The booking states if it takes you more than an hour to reach the driver the booking is void and you lose the payment.
Our flight was due to land at 7.10. This means we would have until 8.10. Our flight landed early. Touch down at 6.43. But, as logically happens with early arrival, the Ground Crew were only ready 15 minutes later. So, we disembarked at the scheduled time. Therefore arriving on Lisbon soil at the scheduled time. We are not ones for dallying and moved fast through the airport. On receiving a message from Ricardo, our driver, we messaged back at 7.22 to say we were at passport control. His response with many loaded “…” astounded us: “ Ok.. let me explain: your flight landed at 6:43 ... After landing, 1 hour is counted.. after that 1 hour the service can no longer be carried out...”.
It was clear from this message that there was dubious intention to honour the agreement and timeframe printed on our voucher. We were already suspicious and not thrilled with the dismissive attitude. Nonetheless, we rushed through and reached the meeting point at 7.55 - which was 15minutes before our intended flight arrival and time registered on our voucher. We received no response to our 7.57 message saying we were there and then found a disheveled and acerbic women who claimed to be the owner of the Lane Transfer company. She told us Ricardo had left on another transfer. This was at 7.57…. SCAM ALERT… therefore despite our printed timeframe giving us until 8.10 to arrive Lane Transfers had taken our money and managed to get more business from someone else in the time paid for by us. It’s a great scam when you can get double payment for a single service provided. We attempted to reason with the woman, but she was obnoxious, shrill, unprofessional and basically told us she did not need to be honourable as she had plenty of business and did not need ours. We have travelled a lot and have not been robbed like this before. The reason for this review is to help travelers to not use this company. There are plenty of competitors who work with honour and care about their customers - Lane Transfers is definitely not one of those and you should give it a wide berth!
