Never heard of a puppet museum before so though't I'd try something different. Took about an hour, would be longer if I actually had a real interest in puppets. Learn some new things (as I knew almost nothing before). I think they do puppet making...More

Very well organized with beautiful displays of puppets from all over the world. (I had no idea there was a difference between puppets from France and those from Belgium!) The audio guide was a MUST! It made our visit an enjoyable learning experience.

This is a rather sophisticated museum, even though it has fun corners to play with puppets and marionettes if visiting with children. I am not certain how much someone who has no interest in this type of exhibits would love it, but I'd say it...More

We visited the Puppet Museum and found it to be an excellent and well curated attraction. This fairly small museum features a wide range of puppets and masks from countries and cultures around the world. One thing that I found particularly refreshing was that there...More

I am not really a puppet person--but a friend suggested this museum and it was my favorite one in Lisbon! Honestly--and Lisbon has wonderful museums. We went on a Sunday and entrance was free, and included a great live Punch and Judy style puppet shows...More
