Went down to the bar to find several young Portuguese men waiting outside at 6.20, said he staff needed another few minutes to get ready. A local and friend of the bar came down buzzed and asked what we were waiting for. He went in,...More
Can’t review the cocktails as the owner closed the door on us!
We arrived after it opened to find people waiting outside. They said they needed another 10 minutes to set up.
Another man arrived and rang the doorbell. The owner let him in and...More
Fab place to have a drink of an evening. Not cheap but they serve really fabulous cocktails - Old Fashioned's for me! Staff are super friendly and talented craftsmen. Cosy place (but actually really big) with a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Extensive drinks menu with lovely drinks - if you are used to London City prices, you won’t be shocked as...More
From the splendid garden and its cafe-kiosk to its restaurants, Príncipe Real is more than worthy of a visit and it won't let you down: its attractions include "Pavilhão Chinês" (one of the more eccentric interior designs you'll ever see), museums and a fantastic botanical garden. It's also a commercial neighborhood, and you can visit a renovated Palace, home of the Embaixada (embassy) trendy shopping center
with its cafes, art galleries and luxury shops... and even if you don't buy anything, take a look inside just for its marvellous interiors. On top of this, Príncipe Real offers a variety of places to eat: if you're in a hurry, drop by "Pizza a Pezzi"; and if you're not, taste the delicious Honorato hamburgers, Argentinian cuisine at La Paparrucha and also great, delicious Portuguese food at Tascardoso!
