We took the 4-hour walking and food tour with Rosanna....she was WONDERFUL...ask for her if you get a chance. We saw parts of the city that the overview tours don't include and had 4 stops for food or drink. This is not a tour to...More
A great tour. Sofia was an excellent tour guide and gave us a great insight into the history of Lisbon and it’s hidden gems. Great tastings. The walk was not too challenging for older people. Thank you Sofia.
While the tour was enjoyable and Sofia our guide was very good this was not a food walking tour. We had 3 very small samples of food, the final seafood tasting was terrible. I would have paid more to finish on a seafood meal.
What a wonderful way to start our vacation in Lisbon. Carolina's walking tour started with some great information and it just got better from there. Wearing comfortable tennis shoes is important as the cobblestone roads are slippery. Being a petit girl, Carolina needs to speak...More
This was my first tour I have taken while traveling and was blown away at how sophisticated our tour was. Our guide, Sofia, was awesome and really showed us the hidden gems of the city. I would totally recommend this tour for anyone who is...More
Our guide Rachel showed us places that the average tourist would have trouble locating on their own, plus there were stops with port, cheese, pastal de nata, bubbles and prawns.. Even a ferry ride. A great way to find out some information on this wonderful...More

Having been on many food and wine tours, I know the key is to have a nice empty stomach and ready to be gorged by a host that is absolutely passionate about food. Alas this tour, kicking off at 10.30am (so naturally we skipped breakfast)...More
Carolina was a great guide. We learned about local cuisine, and got some local recommendations. A good variety of food to taste. For us it was a great group of12, well matched. The coffee / custard tarts were a highlight - along with the ferry...More
Margarida was the most informative friendly guide. She was very knowledgeable in the history of Lisbon. The walk was relaxing with a story on every stop. The food and wine was a perfect amount. Would recommend.
A pending candidate to become a World Heritage Site, Lisbon's downtown (the "Baixa Pombalina", or simply "Baixa") is a perfect example of anti-earthquake construction, having been rebuilt following the 1755 earthquake by the famous Marquês de Pombal (hence its name). Its offer is vast: restaurants and cafes in Rossio and Restauradores, outlets and shops in the Áurea, Augusta, Prata and other famous streets, the
imponent Praça do Comércio and its Arch, the luxury shops along the Avenida da Liberdade, this is the beating heart of the city center. The Baixa also grants easy access to trains leading to Sintra, the trams that go around the Castle hill, old neighborhoods or even take you to Belém, and Lisbon's traditional restaurants and cafes. Considering a visit to the Fashion and Design Museum (free entrance) and don't forget to try the famous liquor, "ginjinha"!

There are a fair bit of stairs on this walk so take that into consideration when making your decision as you will know best what your children can handle(the walk went for approx 3 hours). In regards to food & drink there was alcohol consumption on this tour, so I would suggest you check with the company first to see if they accomodate children,
Hope that helps :)

Hi there, for the Experience Walk at end we offer Sea food tasting but we can change for some salad and cheese. For the Sunset Fado and Tapas for the dinner menu we have a vegetarian option so no problem.
