Large centre with various options and perfect when staying for a short time as you can get everything done in one. There is a hairdresser where you can also get nails done but book in advance! Space goes really fast. There's also a cute nail bar downstairs and an eyebrow threading bar. Huge Zara, H&M and Sports Zone as well... More

We came here on January 6, straight after oceanarium. The center is big, there are plenty of shops there. Unfortunately the whole impression of the center was spoilt after going to sushi bar " KiraSushi". My sister was poisoned so heavily that she spent the rest of the day at the hotel feeling badly.

This is a nice mall with a lot of different stores any good food court. We do not shop there, but enjoy dining in the food court. If you were looking for a variety of restaurants in one location, this is the place to go.

I love this shopping center - the ceiling is made of glass, so there is always plenty of natural light. There are also plenty of restaurants with different Portuguese regional styles, and the terraces give us a stunning view of Parque das Nacoes, a stunning place to go for an after-meal stroll by the river. A must.

Staying at a hotel just a few hundred meters away it was nice to have the variety of food, access to shops and the architecture that comprises the Vasco Da Gama Shopping Centre. it added to the pleasure of the business trip with banking, ATM Machines, Supermarkets, Boutiques, clothes shops and a massive food court. I also found prices to... More

We discovered it when we took a shortcut from the underground to the Oceanarium. Pitying they don't encourage smokers not to light up at the entrances. Plenty of variety if you like retail therapy.

Vasco da Gama is located in Parque das Nações (Tube/Metro: Gare do Oriente station on the Red Line). By the river, nice place to walk around (inside and outside). Plenty of shops/stores, a good food court and a very big supermarket (Continente).

Plenty of shops and restaurants to suit all pockets - has some excellent architecture and sculpture - well worth a visit even if you don't like shopping - stroll along the riverbank then walk back to the centre - you will be surprised what a different view you get

Spanning multiple levels, this is a huge mall with loads of shops. It was very well decorated with plenty of seats and open areas. My only gripe is that it was not easy to identify the food court area which is on the top most floor occupying the end facing the river. Maybe, it seemed so long to us because... More

A great place to go and find some souvenirs for the ones that are waiting home. Nice specific staff and a great food court. The are also some usual stores but not very interesting and not very great merchandise.

Staying in Parque das Nacoes

Neighborhood Profile
Parque das Nacoes
This neighborhood was built up at the end of the 1990s mostly because of the Expo '98. The pavilions and structures that once were the home of all the Expo's attractions and exhibits are still culturally and artistically significant. In Parque das Nações you'll explore conference and concert pavilions, a shopping center, trendy restaurants and an enjoyable cable car ride you can't miss out on. On top of this, the amazing Lisbon Oceanarium (one of the most spectacular things you'll ever see in the city) will take your breath away: its respect and will to preserve natural wildlife is uncanny. Easily accessible by metro, bus or taxi from the city center, Parque das Nações is highly recommended for anyone who'll spend more than 3 days in the Portuguese capital.
