This area is going downhill fast. Which is a shame becuse it’s so diverse it could be amazing. Many of the cafes have been closed down. The drug dealers are creeping in and drug taking happens in open sight. There was a recent nurse. Place to be avoided. Not a place for families.

Horrible experience, full of drug addicts, some of them violent. We passed by there on a Sunday morning, somebody from my family was slapped on the street and we ended up complaining to the police (who seemed not to care for the violence). Avoid going there. Avoid renting a place there.
