So we have done 40 plus escape rooms and Jack the Ripper and Top Secret were both within the lower five we have completed.
Top Secret had an issue where the puzzle to open the door into the final room was broken ruining the experience and cutting off the best element of the game. No discount offered considering the experience.
Thought we’d give it the benefit of the doubt and come back 18 months later… This was equally disappointing in a different way…
Jack the Ripper was just completely unintuitive, no logic at all to the clues. Whilst the puzzle count was fairly low, the clues were completely random, basically impossible without clues which ruins the game. There is items in the room you don’t even use.
In honesty, sad to say but just avoid this place if you’re looking for a good escape experience, independents are generally much better, very disappointed.

My partner and I have done >100 escape rooms and we brought my dad to do his first room. We did Forbidden Temple of Montezuma and were incredibly disappointed. The first puzzle involves finding puzzle pieces hidden in a dark room. It took us 10 minutes to find the last piece to the first puzzle. ER puzzles should test your brain, not how well you see in the dark - a major pet peeve of mine so we were off to a bad start. We usually only need a few gentle hints in a typical room but this time we needed a lot of hints, even with hints we still struggled. The GM admitted that just about every team needs a hint for one puzzle - to me that means there is a problem with the puzzle! Overall the puzzle count was fairly low and didn't leave you with a feeling of success. On the whole the puzzles were incredibly obtuse. I wish we hadn't booked this room.
Overall the room was well maintained and the tech worked without any obvious issues. The GM was perfectly average but the puzzle flow was simply terrible. Judging from the screams we heard in the adjacent horror rooms, it seemed like people were having a good time so I wouldn't completely rule out Game Over Lisbon, but avoid the Forbidden Temple like the plague. Alfonso was an amazing game master. Even when a sound object was not working, Alfonso gave us a beautiful performance with his own voice. We did the top secret room and it was exciting and amazing, felt like an top agent robbing a bank and played the part too. Would absolutely recommend Game Over Escape Rooms to anyone and we’ll be back 😎

We played Top Agents and the room was kinda small but cool, with some really great puzzles. Our host Miguel was awesome; we loved the guy. If I could rate just him, he'd get a full 5 stars from me.
So why only two stars overall? Well, we hit a bug that sent us straight to the final stage. We still had like 12 minutes left and wouldn't have minded if we didn't finish everything. But this glitch kinda killed the vibe. We asked if we could switch rooms, the manager refused and instead offered us a 20% discount on another room (so we had to pay twice). Turns out, that's just their standard deal for anyone doing a second room the same day. We weren't happy with that, and asked if we could get jut 20% of our money back, because the bug ruined a bunch of puzzles for us. Carlos had Miguel tell us it wasn't possible—which isn't true, by the way. Carlos didn't even come out to talk to us himself, he just had Miguel do all the talking, even though we could see him.

Only played one game because playing more would be a waste of money. Uncreative and logically unconnected puzzles. Some puzzles were impossible to make sense of without the help of the game master. Would not recommend to anyone, especially if it is your first experience with escape rooms, it will ruin your impression of this awesome activity.

I loved LOVED the experience. The game was wonderful, really fun, but scary at the same time. We played “Horror Circus” and we would certainly love to go back and play another one. If you are looking for a way to have a little more fun on holiday, or you are an escape-room enthusiast, i would really recommend giving this place a shot. For any tourists wondering, all the games are playable in English. Thank you so much for this cool experience.

I have been there the first time with friends for the SAW room which was amazing. The enigmas were very interesting and the whole experience was extremely thrilling! It was a perfect dose of scare 😌 For adventurous families I recommend the Temple room. I have done it with my partner and his younger brother to celebrate his 12th birthday and he had the time of his life! I would definitely go back there a 3rd time to try the Walking Dead room as we were told by the owner that it’s the scariest 😁

Myself and my colleagues completed the LA MISIÓN DEL PROFESOR escape room. We were very impressed by how the whole game was set-up, it was exciting, difficult but very enjoyable.
From a team building exercise it really highlighted each team members strengths and showed us how we were able to work successfully together as a team.
Our game master Andre was excellent, he gave very good instructions and kept is motivated during the game. Afterwards we got photo's taken which was all done very promptly.

We did the Saw escape room as a group of 4, with about 30 escape rooms done previously as a group. Without spoiling too much, there were three things we feel like this room could do better. In no particular order:
- there’s an event halfway through the game that we feel abruptly breaks the flow of the game.
- at one point, we were doing the right thing to solve a puzzle, the game master was telling us we were doing the right thing, but for technical reasons stuff was not happening. This was quite frustrating
- we felt like the puzzles were too focused on finding a number to unlock something. More diversity would have been nice.
Overall the room had very nice ambience and the game master was very nice and clear in their explanations.

We went to the Hunted Mansion room. The Game master was great and everything was so real! The room was tricky and you need to work well together. The room will give you goosebumps of how scary it is.
