Even after years of playing golf, it is a good idea to take some golf lessons with the Pro Daniel Grimm.
He checks out your personal swing and gives you good advice for optimization.
The lessons take place in GC Estoril, the oldest GC of Portugal (since 1929).

I was returning for a second visit with Daniel, who had previously really helped sort out my long game. This time I focussed on putting and bunker play. As usual, Daniel imparted superb advice and practice techniques whilst calmly observing my approach to the game. I cannot wait to get back, practice and use these techniques on the golf course. Thanks once again:)

With my wife we took with Daniel Grimm the course for Golf beginners (no experience) on the Estoril Golf Club. It provides all the important basic elements like long game, short game, game tactics, rules and etiquette. Also we talked about advice of other procedures regarding Club Memberships.
The five day program was incredible I did not imagine that as a beginner I could done the progress I did. The goal of the five day's training overexcided my expectation. No doubt that these was the result of Daniel's great experience and his teaching approach that is amazing.
Also all our talks about tactics and training drill builds the starting points to improve the result on putting and driver range at home.
It is also important to mentioned that you can follow blind the restaurant recommendations from Daniel. Special if you like fish and see food no doubt the national cuisine from Portugal. Do not forget to make a reservation for the "Boca do Inferno" restaurant.
No doubt that I will recommend Daniel. Now I am enjoying Golf as a beginner trying to gain proficiency as Daniel shows us. And planning for the next trip to Estoril to enjoy a new training.

Daniel will always teach you the right and simple movement to improve your swing and your position. Very good.

We enjoyed a super week playing golf every morning for a couple of hours with Daniel. We are a family of 4 with two kids 9 and 10 and very different levels of golf. Daniel was excellent at giving everyone the needed attention and making sure that we all progressed significantly while enjoying it fully. The training was very varied and we were able to play on the nearby course which allowed us to put all his tips and tricks into practice immediately. We hope to be back soon. Thank you, Daniel, for this super week of golf.

Daniel was very patient and identified the (various) problems with my game and how to fix them. We worked on the range as well as the course and it definitely improved my score. It's a great set up with the championship course and the shorter 9 hole (which is not easy). Course was quiet as it was July.
Kelly helped organise my hotel and tee times which made it all very easy.

Wij gingen van complete beginners naar superenthousiaste trotse bezitters van een GVB dankzij de lessen van Daniel Grimm. Hij kreeg het voor elkaar om zowel een echte sportieveling als een kneus in balsporten zo les te geven dat het voor beiden een geweldige ervaring was. Bedankt Daniel!
We went from absolute beginners to superenthousiastic and proud owners of a Green Card thanks to the lessons of Daniel Grimm. He managed to teach both a very athletic person as someone who's terrible at ball games in such a way that it was a great experience for both. Thanks Daniel!

Everything from the preparatory exchange of emails to the final greencard exam (which I passed together with my son) was perfect and up to scratch. The 5 two hour sessions were accomplished in a professional and fun way, including for my 13-year old son. Don't forget to ask for the special tariffs for hotel accomodation which Golf do Estoril can offer before you book. I really recommend Daniel and wish to thank him for his efforts !

Five family (two adults and one 11 year old) lessons with Daniel to get the green card. We all learned a lot about hitting a golf ball and about the rules and etiquette of the game. Now we're all set to start playing and then we'll be back in year or two for more lessons.

Golf instruction by DG is a nice, relaxed experience on a quiet (seasonal? we were there early in July) golf course. DG succeeds in keeping the stress levels low even for poorly talented clients.
