Great team to work with! Cascais Routes made an activity (Beach Games) for a Team Building with almost 30 people. The games are fun and everything was super organized. The Cascais Routes team is quick to respond and really professional.

My daughter attended the Bambies camp for spring break. She can't stop talking about kayaking and surfing, activities she's never tried. João and team provided the guidance she needed to try something new and build her confidence. Looking forward to more adventures in the future.

Outstanding day in Cascais Portgual thanks to Joao, a guide with Cascais Routes. He found the perfect climbs for our skill levels. He brought us to a spot with perfect variety, all super. He clearly loves the area, is knowledgeable about the local fauna and history, and is a fun and thoughtful person to spend half the day with. An absolute pro with climbing and safety as well. I can't recommend hiring him as a guide enough.

We (my husband and daughter, age 12) wanted an authentic, active experience in Cascais and Joao/Cascais Routes exceeded expectations in every regard. We started the day climbing (first time outside of a climbing wall for all of us) on a cliff with an amazing ocean view. Joao and his team were very supportive and encouraging. Then, we did a boulder hike, trekked through the forest exploring tunnel doors that led to centuries old irrigation systems (so cool!) followed by a delicious lunch at a restaurant only locals know about. It was our favorite meal in Portugal. After lunch, we’d originally planned to go mountain biking but decided to do another hike. It was an untraveled path from a local neighborhood out to the cliffs overlooking the sea. Only a local would know about this hike. It was incredible. We ended the day surfing. Joao could not have been a more gracious host. It was a bespoke day and everything was planned to flawlessly. You cannot go wrong trusting your precious vacation time with Cascais Route.

My 8 year old son joined Cascais Routes for after school activities, weekends and during holidays and he absolutely loves it! The activities are so much fun and diverse, the trainers are amazing. Rock climbing, mountainbiking, hiking, they did it all. We highly recommend Cascais Routes.

Amazing experience even for locals! I joined hiking and discovered how beautiful place where I live, even didn’t know that so close to my house we have this landscapes. João is very professional and you feel safe. Definitely will try other activities.

Had an amazing time in this kayaking trip. Beautiful scenery, peaceful and quite sea, the best company and an awesome first time experience. João Gama is a very good instructor and guide and made this experience a very pleasant one.

Our son did a summer camp with João and the team at Cascais Routes and it was a fantastic week - surfing, hiking, kayaking, so much fun. The team were professional, communication was great, everything really well organized. We’ll be back!

Fantastic experience kayaking for the first time with Cascais Routes. The instructor tailored our adventure to the skill level of our group and took us along the beach for some beautiful views. With the wet suits, it was still very pleasant in late October.

We spent all day with joao, doing rock climbing, a surf lesson and also kayaking! We had so much fun :) JOAO IS THE BEST GUIDE IN CASCAIS💥
