Hired 3 bikes from Aquastart this afternoon. Staff friendly and helpful. We reserved bikes and had snack at nearby recommended restaurant. The marked path to Gunicho is easy to follow and cycle along and views along the way were good. Nice way to spend a couple of hours for not a lot of money.

We came especially to oieras to do jet ski after we were told over the phone by aqua start that we plan to take 2 jet skis for one hour . When we arrived , we discovered that only one jet ski was available. Even though they were at fault , they didn’t show any willingness to find a solution, and didn’t take any responsibility. I have been in Portugal for more than a week and was always very satisfied by the level of service . For the first time since I am here , I faced such a terrible lack of respect for the customer . Thank you aquastart for ruining our afternoon.

If we could rate our boat ride with Alexander and his Dad a 10, we would. This is a family run business and they treat you like you’re part of their family. We took the electric boat and despite the wind, these skilled sailors made it a smooth, enjoyable ride. They gave us a great tour. Very knowledgable, full of Portugal’s history and it was an experience of a lifetime!

Family group rented bikes for ride to Guincho. We were looked after by an unfriendly women in the shop when we got the bikes but as she was alone put it down to the fact she was a bit flustered. We had a major problem with one of the bikes at Guincho and it put us well behind on our return. When we explained this to the women she was totally rude and charged us for the extra time even though it was totally out of our control as we couldn’t leave one child stranded. It was her attitude and lack of understanding that most disturbed us all. Would never rent from this location again as we have now heard of several other places in town with better equipment and more congenial staff. Use this as a last resort and even then think about it.

Rented 2 bikes & cycled along the coast Guincho, what a wonderful afternoon. Very safe cycle way & the staff at Aquastart were very helpful. Would really recommend this to anyone spending a couple of days in Cascais.

Crappy bikes and not maintained. when point out a issue with the bike they demanded large amount of cash for there issue. Illegally charged the credit card. Very rude lady and did not care at all about the renting. It was as if they were doing us a favor in renting crappy bikes. Would not recommend to anyone

Terrible bikes for my six and ten year old grandsons - you'd be forgiven for thinking the bikes had been found at a scrap yard... also arrogant and super unfriendly staff.. whoever owns this business needs to get their act together... thankfully we declined the hire and found fab bikes and friendly staff at a bike shop in town opposite Burger King...

We went to inquire about boat trips from the Marina,and got informed about a Solar panel boat that brings you around the Marina for approx an hour.Wow it didn't disappoint at all, We were so amazed at how quiet and the lovely pace that this boat went at.The driver Rui and the guide Joana were so friendly and informative. I highly recommend this to all to try, extremely relaxing and exceptional views.

Amazing experience! The guys were super helpful and friendly, explained all the basics (mainly for my sake) and took plenty of videos and photos for us! Would highly recommend and definitely do again next time we are back!!

We have a very bad experiece with the company SLAM to rent a bike at the marina. Service is very bad. We rent an electric bike for 2 hours and spend most if the time by putting the chain back. After 11/2 hour and dirty hands we took the bike back. No appologize, no refund. The only thing they told us that the bike was fine. Never again at this company SLAM at the marina.
