We rented 2 SUP boards with my wife. It was our first time, the staff gave us a lesson quick and clear.
We highly recommend Surf N Paddle.
The gears are good, the staff is friendly and experimented and the beach is nice!

I’ve done a few SUP sessions in the past and always enjoyed it, but surf n paddle have really raised the bar from my previous experiences! We were a group of 7 for a bachelor party so we took the ‘mega’ SUP board as well as a couple of single boards. The mega board was absolutely brilliant, we hadn’t laughed so much for a long time, and it meant we could switch from the single to the mega board when we wanted a change.
I thoroughly recommend SnP for group SUP experiences, and I’m sure it’s great for singles and couples too. Thanks Nick and team!

We are 4 girls on a citytrip to Lisboa. We went to Caiscais for some sun and beach fun and discovered the surf n paddle on the beach. We followed a supp yoga course at surf n paddle. There was no need to make a reservation in advance, the teacher was immediately available. Nadia was really great, she has a great energy and adapted her exercises easily to our level. We had so much fun and felt completely relaxed after that experience! And we didn’t fall into the water :-)
Afterwards we decided to try the e-foil. Without any surfing experience we managed to stand up on the moving e-foil and even fly a little! And all that in only 30minutes. The teacher was really great and explained everything you need to know very clearly in English. It was an unforgettable experience!! Thank you so much!

I’ve had a great experience with Surf N Paddle! I booked a private surf paddling class with my father and we had a great time. I felt that I had mastered the basics within the first hour. That allowed me to rent a board&paddle from Surf N Paddle a couple of days later (for an affordable price) and brave the beaches on my own. I look forward to taking part in Paddle Yoga soon and will be introducing a friend to Surf N Paddle.

We did a company event with Surf N Paddle. They were amazing throughout the entire event. The details were sent with enough time, and due to the wind conditions, there was a last minute change of the beach where the event was going to take place but the information was shared before hand in time for us to adapt. Throughout the event the communication and instructions were very clear and we all ended up having a lot of fun throughout the entire thing. The staff was super nice and we had a lot of fun together. I would definitely recommend them to any group wanting to learn and have fun!

we (3 friends) did a tour of the bay. Had a wonderful time.
The guide was very nice as was the owner who organised it for us. He was also kind enough to take some photos for us
Thoroughly enjoyable.
Wetsuits and tshirts available for use, lifejackets obligatory. The guide was good at showing us the correct technique and giving us tips throughout
Would highly recommend!

I had a group of high school kids with me and they were looking for a fun and great way to spend the day at the beach in Cascais and try some watersports. We decided to go with the SUP and it was an excellent experience. We were 16 people in total and had 2 experienced instructors with us on the water to show us tricks and help everyone have a good time on the boards. We will definitely return next time we visit Lisbon with the school.

My my husband and I had a lesson and we were able to take our 6 years on each of our boards. It was one of the best activities I've done in a very long time. Nick, the owner was very helpful. Jaime the instructor was fun, professional and really responsive to what we enjoyed. The basics were taught on the shore and with that in hand we quickly headed out and surprisingly covered a lot of distance and different techniques. We are complete newbies but I imagine it'd be very for anyone looking to improve their skill level.
It is worth wearing a long sleeve to protect you from the sun and a cap. Although Nick had a few on hand if you don't have any.
Also, I shopped around on price and SnP offer the best price in the area.

Nick arranged surfing lessons for us (family with 2 teenagers, all absolute beginners) at Guincho Beach. Our instructor Fred was a great guy, very friendly, patient and very experienced! He explained everything really well and helped all of us to catch the right waves, time and time again. We truly enjoyed the lessons, it was a memorable experience! Making the arrangements was very convenient via What's app.

I first tried paddle boarding at SnP in June 2020 with my daughter. We liked it so much that we went back more than 20 times since then! It is one of the best parts of our weekend. We started by taking classes and thanks to Nick’s team we evolved quickly to just renting the paddle material. We paddle along the beach and in between the fishing boats, enjoying Cascais from a different viewpoint. Thank you Surf N Paddle for allowing us to create such highly treasured memories!

Stumbled upon the surf school taking a walk down the coast, was welcomed and looked after by the owner. Instructor Lourenco took me out for a surf lesson, seriously good instructor and top guy. Best surf lesson I’ve had, really nice guy also. Top Ratings from London. Sina
