I was really looking forward to The Bones of Architecture exhibition as I had seen it when researching a possible trip to see the ETH Zurich . I was deeply underwhelmed by the exhibition which considering the cutting edge architecture it was presenting, was static...More

Fabulous edgy art. It tracks the development of edgy art from 1901 to 1960 -pop art abstract art. Just wonderful.

A well-curated contemporary exhibition museum that showcases an interesting span of Modernism to postmodernism and contemporary movements of art. We found it a bit hard to find the entrance but in general, the interior exhibition is very interesting

So many opportunities in one space! We enjoyed our time in the museum (and didn’t see everything we wanted to!), and were also able to have dinner at the restaurant overlooking the water. Time well spent!

A sanctuary from the hordes of people on the piazza. A quiet and calm cafe with good snacks and salad. Airy clean buildings and quiet. A perfect space to recover in a busy and hot day.

It is the location for the marvellous Colecao Berardo museum, just one of the arts encompassed within its extensive spaces. Apparently controversial when first mooted back in early 1990s, as a modernist construct across from the sublime Monastery. In the intervening years it has been...More

CCB is a must in the Belém área, which is crowded enough with a bunch of historical sites, monuments and design and art shops. The Berardo Museum pairs up quite nicely with Ana Romero Flagship Store and Davvero gelato. And the ocasional concert, play, film,...More

I visited this center for a conference and found the amenities totally satisfactory, and the interior architecture marvelous! The lines of the building are fantastic, and even the exterior--including walkways and gardens overlooking the waterfront is impressive. The food and beverages were very good, and...More
